Staff were friendly and gave us a desk fan to use in the room. Location was very convenient for metro and seemed to be a bustling area with some live music and convenient shops/food places. Nice big windows with an alright view and bed was relatively comfy. Cheap for Paris. No air con in room despite it claiming there would be in the listing - I would not have booked had I known this. Like I said, they were nice enough to give us a fan, but this was the one the staff were using; they did not have a dedicated one for the room. It would have been far too hot in the room to sleep otherwise and having windows open led to a lot of outside noise. There was a silverfish in the bathroom and the carpet was not attached to the floor in some areas. Funny smell through most of the hotel. No smoke alarms in the rooms. You get what you pay for.

Everything was great and super kind staff

Spacious apartment. The paid parking is right outside the apartment in the same courtyard. Very friendly staff. The nearest metro, Robespierre, is a few steps from the apartment. The apartment is very basic. Hardly any cutlery or pots in the kitchen. No dishcloth. In the summer the apartment gets hot, there is no air conditioning.

The breakfast was very good, we would’ve appreciated a protein since there were only carbs, but it was good. Also the personal was very kind (most of them), friendly and helpful. How dirty and old the room was, a lot of mold on the wall, many spiders around it showing they didn’t clean the room properly. The smell from the carpet and there was a suspicious leaking on the floor that didn’t dry up and had a brown color. The shower handle was broken it was hard for us to shower with one hand and hold the thing with the other hand.

The staff were very friendly The room was very dirty. Stains on the carpet and out dated furniture. The photos on line didnt live up to the expectations

Metro was across the road so super handy. Breakfast was nice too (coffee, croissant, pan au chocolat and a baguette ) No air con just a fan , room smelt of smoke, dingy (caravan vibes) not like the pictures

Nothing it’s not even a real hôtel C’était très sale et pas du tout comme sur les photos. On dirait même pas un vrai hôtel juste un immeuble avec des chambres. Littéralement aucune isolation on entends tout ce qui se passe dehors c’est horrible. Moisissure dans la douche et toilettes défectueuses.

Nice staff. Confortable room. Close to subway and buses.

Location is conveniently close to Metro and shops. Street is very noisy with locals outside windows talking to early hours

There was one member of staff that was pleasant and helpful. Photos are not what you get! Mouldy bathroom, cold showers, filthy floor, tiny wardrobe, room not cleaned, kept get given 1 towel for 2 people Outrageously loud street (people setting flares in street, beeping cars, Other hotel guests screaming and shouting at all hours. When raised was told no other rooms... Way to over priced, more like a bedsit for down and outs. Slept on top of bed for 3 nights, they were never changed.

i loved leaving this place! it was so amazing to walk out the front door and never look back!! receptionist was rude when the door wouldn’t open for some reason. also gave us a weird look when i confirmed a room with one bed for my partner and i (queer couple). room was dirty, holes in the walls, stains in the carpet and smears on the walls. shower head wouldn’t stay upright. atmosphere was horrible and eery. walls were paper thin. my fault was i didn’t properly read the other reviews before booking this hotel but we sat down (hesitantly) and read them and were horrified. immediately booked another hotel. as we were trying to check out, receptionist was nowhere to be seen. we were there for a total of an hour. i called the next day (as it was 9pm and we just wanted to leave and relax for the night) to explain why we just left our key on the desk, i got sent to voicemail but as i was leaving the voicemail someone picked up and hung up the phone. pictures absolutely do not look like what it actually looks like. i should have taken pictures but i was too focused on getting out of there. would absolutely not go back here no matter how much i was paid for it. an awful hotel with a horrible atmosphere. feels like one of the circles of hell. i would not recommend this, even for the price
