Wi-Fi is not good. Staff rude
-
Location. It was chosen by the tour company but I would have preferred to be in Paris not a suburb.

The location is perfect Staff is passive-aggressive, not to the point of being point blank rude but still. Unhelpful when I went to say internet wasn’t working well. Blamed my cell phone. My check in was delayed by over one hour. I got there around the check in time and the excuse they gave that my room wasn’t ready is that the other guests who were occupying my room wouldn’t leave ?

Breakfast was amazing, cute rooms, good snack bar in the lobby, great price. You are outside of the core neighborhoods in Paris and traffic will take you over an hour to get places. We traveled around at less busier times and it solved for that.

The hotel has very practical approaches to making one's stay comfortable. The restaurant has an excellent menu, with affordable prices and delicious choices. The staff at reception helped me with printing documents which I had to send via courier, and went beyond my expectations. The location was perfect for my meetings in the area and close to other restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The location was OK the rooms were not clean at all! We had a disgusting stain on the pillow! The room were dusty! The bed not squeeky and uncomfortable. Will never stay at a Mercure Hotel again.

it is an old property; however what needs to be kept functional has been upgraded (pluming, air co, hairdryer, tv, wifi, bedding). so it is very comfortable and efficient. You dont hear the sound of the street which is super important as you are near the perif) Staff is excellent, they exceed expectation. Smiling and super efficient.

Had a bathtub. Relatively quiet. No crowds. Had 2 tv’s in the room. The room and much of the property smelled like a backed-up sewer. So much so that our “suite” smelled like a public mens bathroom.

The bed is really comfortable, sheets are soft. I love Nuxe cosmetics.

The facility was not up-to date and the amenity goods were very limited. The service was good except for the fact that my luggage was took away from the luggage area by a tourist group bus.
