I stayed 4 nights, and everything was great. Staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel itself was immaculate. The grounds were well maintained. The gym and laundry room were an added bonus, and my suite was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is not as updated as others but it is clean, has nice amenities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good price for what they have to offer and good location.

My biggest issue was I was on the first floor and the maids in the morning from 8 o’clock on we’re talking very loud and cackling. It was impossible for me to sleep past 8 AM.

It was so horrendous we had to cut our vacation short and checked out days early. I’m throughly appalled. The price I paid for my stay I expected a much cleaner and pleasant hotel. I would like a partial refund due to the fact we had to leave early because of the absolute disgust we felt from the property.

Sonesta Simply Suites is a nice, basic hotel right off the highway. The rooms were neat and clean and everything was very functional. Nothing is fancy or over-the-top, it's a clean, complete room. The fridge was a bit noisy at night so have your white noise ready. They could also do with an upgraded shower head, but everything else was great. I didn't use any of the kitchenette features but it did look comprehensive with the ability to borrow simple kitchen counter appliances.
