Beds were absolutely terrible! Not comfortable at all. Room was not clean on our 2nd night. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very nice and we were extremely happy with the size of our room, as well as the spaciousness of the bathroom! The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. However, there is a microwave located in the dining area so you could warm something up down there if you needed to. The workout center is small, but it has a bike and equipment that will cover the basics. The overall look of the hotel is very modern, with wood floors in lieu of carpeting in the rooms. The Continental breakfast was a little limited with warm food, but the egg frittata was pretty good and there were sausage patties and an automatic pancake maker. It is hard to beat the proximity to the airport, it took us about a 5-minute drive to return our rental car and that was extremely convenient! There is also a circle k gas station about a mile up the road so you can fill up your rental car if you need to or grab some snacks before catching your flight out of Raleigh.

Trendy hotel, short drive from RDU but no closet in room

The staff was so very kind and helpful. The young lady who checked me in was very efficient and friendly. She made me feel at home. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable.

We liked the cleanliness, how the facility was set up. It was very nice. We were only allowed an hour more for a late check out, all though our flight wasn't for another 6 hours. We didn’t like that we had to be an honors member for a late check out.

Nice clean room. Elevator was fast! Breakfast could have been better.

This the first time we use their long term parking option. Everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly and helpful, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk.

Location great

The location is excellent, especially if you’re flying, as it’s very close to the airport. The fitness center was one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a good variety of options. The only minor drawbacks were that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, and parking may be limited on weekends. That said, the staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made for an overall excellent experience.

Exceptional

Deborah was the ideal person to greet you upon arrival. Amazingly personable, it felt like she was making accommodations for me to stay the night within the comfort of her own home - coupled with a fresh pot of coffee upon my arrival. Sure, it was a coincidence, but the coffee was spectacular. I only stayed one night and the 2-3 minute drive to and from the airport was perfect for my short trip to Raleigh-Durham.

Disappointing

It's close to the airport, have friendly staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
