Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Raleigh-Durham Airport, NC

Well I chosed on Expedia that I wanted a room with the hot tub inside and when I went to the hotel they said they didn’t have any available. Whats the point on choosing it on Expedia when there is no communication between Expedia and the hotel. We cancelled the hotel

As for the bed sheets and towels, they were pretty clean. I would never stay here by choice but under the circumstances, it was fine I guess.

Stayed here for an early flight the next morning. Staff was so friendly even at the late hour. Room was clean and linens were comfy. I would stay here again.

Expedia site for this hotel reservation shows free airport shuttle begins at 4am. However, it is posted at registration (and confirmed by staff) that it does not begin until 4:30am. Due to my early flight, I had to pay a cab to take me to the airport. I had selected this hotel for the free shuttle each way so that was disappointing.

Location Fairly extensive revisions and repair

This hotel was gross and grimy. The carpets in the room were so dirty. My children’s feet and socks were filthy after walking in the room for less than 5 minutes. The AC wasn’t working properly in the first room.

A clean and comfortable hotel to stay in close to the airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again!
