I first made this reservation because it had pretty good reviews however the pool was filthy, we planned to eat dinner there Sunday night because it advertised a really good menu, however the chef never showed up so we had nothing to eat there and a lot of places in that area are closed on Sunday. Breakfast had a nice selection . The air conditioer in our room sounded like a mac truck. The noise kept waking us up. Needless to say we will not be staying there again

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the property was well maintained. Unfortunately, my checkout experience was frustrating. I needed to check out around 2:30 a.m., and although the hotel advertises 24-hour front desk service, there was no staff member available. I had to leave a sticky note explaining that I was checking out and despite repeatedly calling the front desk until around 4:00 a.m., no one ever answered. The accommodations themselves were great, but the lack of overnight front desk coverage made checkout stressful and left me disappointed. I hope management addresses this so future guests can rely on the 24-hour service that's advertised.

Wish we could have taken advantage of the breakfast but they closed up early.

Close to the airport

As a regular customer I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness, customer service and particularly the breakfast. This hotel has been my go-to hotel when traveling to Raleigh but will be looking for another place. Pool furniture was in the pool. Breakfast was cold eggs, cold French toast sticks, stale bagels. Room did not have a hair dryer and overall cleanliness was not as good as previous visits

Great clean property great access to the airport

Kitchen was closed. Traveling for baseball and staying 5 days would have been helpful knowing the kitchen would be closed.

Everything was good

We found a live roach in the bathroom which was terrible!!! breakfast was disgusting in taste. The cook/chef was doing all she could to keep up with the demand of visitors eating which I praise her for that! The food taste and quality itself was awful. I don’t think that is the chef’s fault, I think it’s the brand and quality that the hotel uses.

staff was friendly and helpful

This hotel is a five minute shuttle ride to the airport and that’s what this hotel has going for it. It’s not incredibly clean, but that’s NOT a reflection of housekeeping, it’s just dirty carpet, stains, old paint, just so outdated. breakfast was very below average, they did not have snacks on hand to buy. Our keys never worked… We had to go back to the front desk twice the first night and again the next morning to get into our room. The TVs are old so you can only do channels that they provide. It just feels very old and outdated. Our first room smelled like a gym, so did the second one so we just stayed. I would not stay here again,

Great location and room!
-
It is just a regular airport hotel. Its not bad for a one night stay, I dont think it would be ideal for a long term stay. We just crashed here before catching a flight to Boston.
-
This is the lowest grade of hyatt I have been honestly. The guest service was not bad at all but... you would think that hyatt would put money into this hotel. The rooms were our of date and the shower was stained. The floors and couches were dirty. The breakfast was horrible. I vomited twice. It reminded me of days inn or a red roof. Your paying for location which is next to the airport outside of that what is advertised is not what you will get trust me! Its not worth the hype

Great check-in - clean rooms and nice bed

Another major issue was the parking situation. The hotel parking lot was full, and I had to park in another hotel's parking lot. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Guests should not have to worry about finding parking or parking at a different property. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, particularly the air conditioning and parking availability, to improve the experience for future guests.
-
Aside from the AC issue, the property was satisfactory, but having a properly functioning air conditioning unit is essential for guest comfort. I hope management addresses this maintenance concern so future guests do not experience the same problem.
-
I loved having the bar where I could purchase a glass of wine to take to my room. I didn’t like having only decaf coffee in my room, however. Otherwise this place was perfect!!!
-
the hotel was clean enough and we were only there for the night. There were loud children and a barking door on our floor but not to the point of being intolerable. It is, aferall, an airport hotel off a major highway.
