Very comfortable and nice staff ! Nice dog friendly property , would stay again

I am so upset with this place. It turns out they advertise a price for each night. You say ok. Then you are automatically charged $100 per night cleaning fee. Where is that in the advertisement?? The place is old and needs a lot of help. The staff doesn’t care about you. I will NEVER stay here again. There are other places that advertise for a few dollars more but don’t screw you. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Stay away!! Please!!

The place needs an upgrade. A typical inn by the ocean that needs more paintwork. There’s rust and mold in the bathroom. My son thought we were at a motel tbh. But the place was centrally located which we appreciate.

The view from our room was beautiful.

A good place to stay near Morro Rock, on a budget travel. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Good restaurants are within a couple of blocks.

I love staying here. Rooms are always clean. Staff is great !!! it's close to everything . Great patio just chill with great views.

This property provided everything we needed except for an elevator. Moving luggage upstairs proved to be a challenge.

Comfy beds. Good sized room. Full smart TV setup. Excellent location. Furniture and doors were a bit worn out.

on the shower the water don't have a very good pressure and take to long to get a good shower.

The rooms were good sized and clean. The location is great. A great view and close to the Embarcadero so there is no need to take a vehicle if you were just going to walk around. Even the Rock is within walking distance. Our room was next to the "smoking deck". While you couldn't smell smoke inside the room at all, you could get hit with is entering or exiting. And some of the smokers were not the quietest.

The hotel has a prime location: one or two blocks away from the harbor and its main attractions - shops, restaurants, viewpoints, etc. Some renovation definitely would not hurt. Otherwise, it is a good establishment if you only need a place to sleep.

Air conditioner was very quiet. We paid for a king bed instead we were put in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was in a corner under the stairs with a back window that was facing a concret fence with peeling paint. Room was cramped . Desk clerk stated that all king rooms were upstairs.So he gave us a downstairs room.My grip is that hotel should of call and stated that king bed rooms were all upstairs. My husband is disable and has a hard time climbing stairs. We could of booked some place else!! This place also has a orange cone in handicap space. When my husband ask front desk staff if we could park in that space, they said NO! that the space was for a handicap tentant that stays at the hotel all year. In other words this hotel has NO handicap parking.

While on-site parking can be limited during peak hours, there is ample street parking available in front of the hotel and across the street. Additionally, it appears that dogs are welcome on the property. The lovely balcony offers a perfect spot to catch stunning sunsets with a view of Morro Bay Rock. Overall, it's a delightful place to unwind!

The staff was great but the place is in need of much improvement. The room smelled and it was under the stairs which every person up and down can be heard and felt all day/night. Carpets was gross. Great location just needs some updating

The location is wonderful.

My only gripes are minimal: the parking lot is pretty tight so some guests may have had to park on the street. And the microwave in our room sounded like it was going to explode. Also, no swimming pool or hot tub in case anyone is wondering, but this was not something I was looking for anyway.

Beautiful location and the place was clean overall, the only complaint I had was that the room was humid but besides that it was good.
