Always nice and clean

I thought it was ok. However, one of the washcloths was very dingy. Also, there was no Kleenex, face soap or hand lotion which I thought was unusual. Only liquid dispensers in the bath/shower area. Overall, I was glad we were only staying one night as I think the pictures online look better than it actually was. The location was convenient.

Location was very close to the beach. Beautiful view staff was amazing The room I was In didn’t have a tub. So my mom who has bad knees was having a difficult time when having to bath

Awful… do not stay here, the room was dirty and the TV didn’t work! I’ll never stay here again!

At first the room looks tidy but then the ants and roaches came out, they sprayed, so they said, it didn't help, the towels were very old, no iron, they said they changed the sheets when asked but I saw the same stains on the sheets, no kleenex so we had to use tissue for everything, they did not have liners for the ice bucket, the microwave was not cleaned, also my dog could barely walk on the fake wood floors, since we had to pay extra$25.00 per night for the dog, he should have an area rug at least, he is trained to not pee inside, they told us we could switch rooms but that the ants and roaches are common, I would like a refund especially for the extra dog fees, so no, I would not stay at this inn again

I loved the location! I could look out the window, or be out on the balcony to see Morro Rock! I would have liked to have had a room closer to my family!

Staff was welcoming and friendly upon arrival and the room was fresh and clean. The location is ideal, with beaches, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

It was okay but pretty run down looking. There were no ice buckets or tissue boxes in the rooms and everything was “clean enough” but just looked old and dingy. The AC worked great and it had a fridge, bed was comfortable enough. Very narrow parking lot.

I love this place and the owners. I stay here almost everytime I visit Morro Bay. I have been about 10 times since November 2025. Super clean. Very friendly. Great location.

Close to the Embarcadero and the staff was super friendly. Wish you could plug the tub for a bath.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the best part was the location! We loved being so close to the beach and main attractions. Everything was good just wish the parking lot was a little bigger. Overall i would book again here in the future!
