The property is close to a lot of shops, restaurants and places of interest The wall and floor are thin and can be unpleasant with noisy neighbours.

The room was fine for one overnight, the staff was really kind and the price is fair, I recommend this hotel, I will be back there if I need.

they placed myself and my mom upstairs when we're both handicap. We had a hard time climbing the stairs. There's no air there so we had a fan to plug-in and blow on us. It was super hot. The lampshade was tore up. Things were ripped up in the room, worst experience of our lives. the room was awful

smells like human poop, noisy traffic, hotel right on the road, no AC. Hotel is very overpriced. Astounding how they got good reviews. Would not recommend.

Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and Morro rock. Sea lions can be heard day and night, along with seagulls.

Room was in good shape and clean. The ceiling fan was great at keeping the room nice and cool. There was also a box fan available as well. Very short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. I'd gladly stay again to be so close to the Siren music venue. Lots of parking in the lot and around the hotel. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink was super slow to drain.

The room was spotless, and the location is unbeatable. Easy walking distance to both the beach and Scout Coffee. It's super convenient if you want to spend your time exploring. The receptionist and staff were welcoming and friendly. While it gets warm during the day, because there’s no AC, however we spent most of our time out at the beach and in the city, so it wasn't really an issue. Plus, the nights cool down so comfortably that we didn’t even need AC. They even provided an extra fan just in case, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room doesn't have AC, so it gets warm during the day, but I spent most of my time out anyway so I didn’t really mind.

This is an older property that could use new towels and complete remodeling of their rooms. It's adequate for a summer room in a tourst town.
