Very cute little room! The whole place was really cute. The guy that checked me in was super nice, and this lady that walked around doing the cleaning was always very cheerful to everyone. One thing that cracked me up, and I forgot to try it, was they had a bed that vibrates! Pop in 25cents and you get 15 mins of the bed massaging you. I forgot to try it out! Maybe next time. :-) The parking - if someone staying with you in your room also had a car, then you may not find parking. Small lot, but luckily I was able to get a parking spot. I am not sure what type of laundry soap they use on their sheets, but it made me break out. I just slept on top of the bed w/ a blanket covering me. Bed was a wee bit harder than I am used too, but I still slept.

It is nice home style and quiet place near to downtown we spend one night to rest and continue our trip

Our third or fourth time staying here. Nice, low key, friendly place with a cute Central Coast mid-century feel. It is quiet, but close to everything in Morro Bay. Owners are wonderful and helpful. We will stay there again!

The stay felt very nostalgic and of great times past. You even small the old vibes in room, in a good way that you welcomed. The bed was perfect and comfortable, but because it is on ground floor, an insect had crawled in. From a price perspective, it felt a little overpriced. Over, it gave us a very good nostalgic feeling, I would recommend for couples

Sundown is a great little motel with excellent owners. Everything is always clean and comfortable. They need to update their bed pillows. They were a little flat in our room but otherwise everything was great!

The room was so clean. The floors, walls in the bathroom, linens....so clean. It just felt clean from the moment we entered the room. The location is great.

This is a very clean, hospitable motel convenient to the waterfront and main streets in Morro Bay. The staff was very attentive and available. They were there when we checked in, on the late side (7:30 pm) and when we checked out early (7:30 am). The room had all the basics and was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great for a simple little hotel. If you stay here expecting mints on your pillows and room service you may not have done your research.
