The rooms were perfect. The lights inside are auto shut off with no movement, however the turn off too much. The outside needs a good steam on the walkways. Use blower to clean the dust n dirt.

It was an amazing experience from A to Z

Beautiful room. Great breakfast. They charged $20 for parking and each bottle of water in room was $5.50. I can’t stand to be nickled and dimed when spending over $200 for a room. On top of that I’m a Marriott timeshare owner.

The room and the staff were nice. What was not nice was being woken up at 7am to men on a Saturday working right outside my room with loud machines. They should have warned me or not had people booked in thoes rooms so close to where the side walk was being worked on that made it hard to leave and get back into your room. There was a random child that was just sitting there watching them throughout the day as well walking the path smacking at the plants. Not sure if he was one of the men's children but was unsafe and noisy. Would like to see a notice of when they plan on having loud construction during the day. Not a peaceful environment to remote work.

size of the apartment needs renovation, not very clean

The air didn't work, I ask a maintenance associate to help fix the thermostat and eventually maintenance associates was asking personal questions if the guy I was with was my boyfriend or husband it was just awkward a bit inappropriate. Also, Your website on Expedia also shows you have a swimming pool which they do not have a working swimming pool which is one of the reasons why we chose the resident inn. We should have been notified that beforehand.

The properties was located very nice. The room was nice found 4 ants in the room on the bed but other then that the room was clean. Parking was nice and shaded so car was not hot getting into.

They are undergoing renovations but overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was all in all terrific, except for the fact that we found a dirty plate. Other than that everything was honestly pretty clean organized and felt like home one can’t really beat the fact that they include breakfast too in the morning and it’s actually pretty decent along with cooking utilities and a stove and microwave along with a full fridge literally feels like an apartment complex.

Big space! And very clean!

The hotel was great; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The rooms were clean which is a huge plus for me. The only bad thing was that the hotels main office was being renovated and was a bit chaotic but everything else was great. I was there for the BTS concert at Stanford Stadium and I saw many ARMY's there at the hotel as well! Borahae!

I think breakfast must be better.

Start to finish, the facility and room itself felt neglected. My room was riddled with maintenance issues: the closet door kept falling apart, and the front door was so sticky I could not open it properly, requiring a visit from maintenance. Halfway through my stay, I asked for a room reset, but housekeeping completely missed the mark. They did not clean the bedding or microwave, and I ultimately had to redress my own bed. I also encountered spiders and wood roaches inside the property. The structural issues extended beyond the room. The hotel completely removed its pool but failed to update the website or notify guests beforehand. This was highly disappointing, and after learning that they have no intention of ever bringing it back, this location will be eliminated from my list of stays. Peace and quiet were nonexistent. I was constantly disrupted by a barrage of noise, including dogs barking at a neighboring complex, a leaf blower running right outside for well over an hour, ongoing construction, and loud music. This facility is in desperate need of an overhaul to rise to the Marriott level I normally experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The space was big enough with utilities and clean.

This has a great location for visiting Mountain View and Silicon Valley in general. We had an updated room and it was very clean and nice. Staff provided extra blankets when requested very quickly. The facility is currently being renovated so breakfast was grab and go instead of a in a dining room, still there was a hot buffet. The pool was not in use because of renovations, but we didn't need it as we were in town for a family event. I would definitely stay here again due to room size and convenience of kitchens in the room.
