Holiday Inn Express Mountain View - S Palo Alto by IHG

The room I was given the TV did not work notified the front desk. The manager moved us to a room without any problems. I stayed here before before it changed. It was the best western a couple years ago and the renovations and the staff are amazing close to a venue that I love to attend. We’ll be staying there again.

Beautifully decorated and the breakfast was on par for this type of hotel. Everything was fresh and clean Small parking lot. It's not that I didn't like it but if the hotel was full parking would be an issue

Very clean. There was a false fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning but that was it for any noise. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Limited parking and the spaces are extremely tight but when we stayed there there weren’t many people staying so it wasn’t a problem for us. Personally I think there should be less Diamond Elite parking spots. Not far from Caltrain and VTA light rail for getting to Levi’s stadium. Overall a pleasant experience.

Everything was great but our room was filled with ants. It was all over our food, clothes and bed

The parking spaces are VERY small. I don't have a really big car but had to get passengers out before parking as not enough room to exit car. Happy the parking was free in any case.

It was ok my stay at the venue just they not clean our Room it's only by Request and water are too expensive almost 7 bucks a bottle of water...

Hotel is great but the parking is limited and extremely tight.

A decent amount of parking and a decent breakfast. Property is clean and has a great location.

The room was a little tight for my wheelchair, but that was the only thing that was difficult. Other than that everything was great!

Two things that could improve: 1. AC unit inside the room makes a lot of noise. 2. Breakfast could improve regarding space to sit and quality of eggs and fruits.

Very good experience. I will definitely come back.

I had to change our room at the last minute. I believe the counter person was named Jay. He was awesome!!! Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. Knowing I would be paying extra, he did an excellent job and was able to keep the rate at an afforable price. Thank you. He was so very helpful and friendly. The rooms, including bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were also quiet. The morning breakfast, had a good variety of choices. The eggs and bacon were very good, as were the biscuits and gravy. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. There is also garage parking.
