The location is very good, only minutes walk to Marienplatz, S-train, and the main train station. The room is modern and clean. Breakfast at 25 EURO is a bit expensive if one needs only a cup of coffee and a croissant. However, if one eats a lot of animal proteins, like eggs, meat loaves and sausages, then the price is fair.

Very clean, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Apartments are perfect. Double rooms are very small.

Plenty of room for the five of us. Washing machine in each room. The beds were comfortable and very quiet and clean. Location was great. Breakfast was pricey when all we wanted was a coffee and bakery item. Having to take the clothes to the dryer on the street level was inconvenient but at least available.

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I have encountered in Europe. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel is very child-friendly, which we appreciated. The apartment had a bad smell, I think related to the water drain, either in the kitchen or bathroom. Also, the shower was small and had no door, so the whole bathroom would become wet after showering.

The hotel is right next to the old town, close to the main train station and has a laundry room that we can use without additional charge. Staffs are super nice. None.

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, and our room was ready even though we arrived early. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was very close to the old town, shopping areas, and the metro, making it easy to get around. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. As a family of four with children, we stayed very comfortably and had a wonderful experience. Breakfast could be cheaper

Great location, beautiful interiors, comfortable apartments, washing machines were good. Breakfast was too pricey (25€) and dinner was not available - but there are plenty of options within an easy walk.

That it didn't have a dryer in the room.

The room was a little tight for our group of three, very minor shower drain issue, otherwise great !
