Excellent location — very close to the train station and public transportation. Staff happily held my luggage until my room was ready, and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver during the heat wave.

Good location, clean room and a good breakfast. The breakfast open a little late on Saturday and Sunday.

The location close to the train central station, the breakfast is good. I had some issues with the check-in to get the badges for the rooms. The issue was solved by phone assistance.

Eu gostei bastante da entrada. Novo e com ambiente bem aconchegante. Acredito que pelas fotos, os quartos parecem ser super clean. Mas a parte da limpeza deixa a desejar. Entendo que o carpet em lugares frios é benéfico. Mas não passa nenhuma segurança de estar limpo. Além disso, também achei o café da manhã bem ok.

Very rude staff at breakfast. They moved us to another table at 8:30 and said they were closing that part of the lounge. Literally all of us customers were crammed into 5 tables. The reception is open from 9:30 am if you want to and to check out your luggage, you cannot do it earlier. It is very noisy from the passing trams, especially late at night. You can't sleep with the window open, it's very noisy.

The location was great - very close to both the main station and the city center. We were able to walk to most of the sights and nearby restaurants. Our room was nice and clean; while in-room amenities were minimal, they were available upon request. The hotel also offers paid parking nearby, which was very convenient even though it's not in the main building. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, though we did notice a few items didn't taste entirely fresh. Also, while you can request extra amenities, it would be better if the hotel already provided essentials like a kettle, cups, and cutlery in the rooms.

location is close the train station but has noise of the tram

Only 2 tram stops away (trams no. 18&19 stop right outside) from the Munich Hbf, where we always avoid. The receptionist who greeted us is very friendly. Our twin room is very spacious. Overall cleanliness is acceptable. When we made the booking 2 months in advance, we specifically asked for a room not facing the main road where the trams run (we know the area as we used to stay somewhere nearby). When we checked in, we made the same request. When we checked into our room, it’s facing the main road and could hear the noise from the running trams!! I went back to reception asking for a swap but was told by the manager that all twin rooms face the main road (and only the double rooms face side street). She did remark that the hotel was always full and there was no more double room available. Well, if they would have taken care of my request at the time of booking, they could have written me before all double rooms were booked/allocated and I could have accepted double bed for my sis and myself. To be honest, I could sleep after midnight whilst my sis could still hear the tram after 1am. The bathroom lacks worktop space (and may benefit if they leave a trolley like other hotels do). The breakfast lacks variety as expected.

The location was a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute max to Karlsplatz. The area was safe and there is a fantastic cafe right outside the main entrance. The carpets were a little dirty and there was no coffee maker in either of our rooms.

Great breakfast! 5 min walk from the train station. Easy to do a late night check in. Even though I had to call the number, they were quickly and easily able to fix the problem.
