My family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for one night during our trip to Europe, and we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property. Check-in was easy, and the staff referred to the room as "the apartment", which is located on the top floor. Since it was the only room on that floor, it was nice and quiet. There is also an elevator, which made getting our luggage upstairs easy. Breakfast buffet was included. The apartment was clean and very spacious. After we checked out, we wanted to spend a few more hours exploring the city, and the front desk staff kindly held our luggage for us, which we really appreciated. The thing I loved most about this hotel was the location. It's just one block from Viktualienmarkt and only a few minutes' walk from Marienplatz and the Marienplatz station, making it easy to explore the city on foot and by public transportation. It was a good experience overall, although it would have been nice to have a few more breakfast options. There weren't any hot items available.

We were a group of 6 adults and booked 3 Double Rooms. Overall, our experience was decent, mostly thanks to the fantastic location and the great staff, but there are a few downsides regarding the facilities to keep in mind. **Pros:** * **Perfect Location:** The hotel is located right in the city center, just a short walk from all the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient to get around. * **Outstanding Staff:** The service was incredibly accommodating and kind. On our departure day, the staff went above and beyond by opening breakfast early at 6:30 AM just for us, so we could eat comfortably and not miss our flight. We truly appreciated it! **Cons:** * **The Rooms:** The rooms are outdated and did not fully match the photos shown online (the layout was different and less convenient). Additionally, there is no air conditioning or electric kettle in the room. * **Facilities & Logistics:** The elevator is tiny and barely fits two people at a time (challenging with luggage). The key system is also old-fashioned—it’s a mechanical key that feels easy to lose, and night access requires manually unlocking the main entrance door with it. **Bottom line:** A very average hotel. If location and service are your top priorities, it gets the job done, but do not expect a modern or luxurious stay.

Good location near the market and a tram stop. Staff was very attentive and prompt with any questions.
-
Great location adjacent to the farmers market and within walking distance of many attractions. Staff was super helpful and daily breakfast was nice - no hot food but plenty of variety. Rooms are very bare, more like a dormitory than a traditional hotel room.
-
Location as well the very responsive staff Room could have been a bit larger
-
Bed wasn’t very comfortable and plugs weren’t operating on one side of the bed
-
Close proximity to a lot of attractions The bed was a little uncomfortable

Location was perfect. Breakfast service was amazing. Staff was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was very small. Having a baby crib, stroller and 2 large suitcases, we had to retrieve everything around constantly. So if you travel with big bags make sure to get a bigger room. And like many European hotels. The bed was 2 twins put together. But they were very comfy!

Great location !!

The breakfast was nice and the location was great! The rooms were very small for our family, the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because of the toilet. Also, the shower was much smaller than is comfortable.

It’s what they advertise. Great location and priced well for area . Great staff clean and comfortable . Decent breakfast . Small lobby small rooms. No frills decoration. Everything was great. Decoration in the hallways and a colorful picture on the bedroom wall would do wonders but not necessary. Bed and bath clean and comfortable. Staff wonderful.

Wonderful breakfast and perfect location!

Great location and an excellent buffet breakfast. The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were clearly unclean and uncomfortable. Worse, after just one night, I suffered severe bed bug bites, resulting in painful, itchy rashes all over my arms and back. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below any reasonable standard of hygiene and comfort. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
