Location Cleanliness- I’m working also in housekeeping company, but when I saw Planty of dust, on desk, bathroom, hair, towels on a floor, no one even care when I said something. I asked for leaving open window before me check in and guess what - window was completely closed.

Check in was easy, Breakfast was excellent in terms of food variety and quality and ambience and staff. Bathroom was modern and well maintained. Location by train station and short walk to old town with plenty of public transport options. Road noise from trams throughout night might bother some, although sound-proofing was fairly good and it didn't bother us. Didn't see any other catering apart from breakfast but there was a bar in the reception. Free WiFi was individualised with own id and password

A convenient walk from the train station. The front woman at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were incredible. Always kind smiles and helpful. The breakfast had an amazing assortment of food. I really liked that! The wifi kept kicking me off so I would have to log on multiple times within the hour instead of just logging in once for the whole day.

Perfect access to sites and my work via Hauptbanhof. Neighborhood is less suited for young children.
