Location, lots of restaurants and cafes with different cuisines. Did not have a walk in shower, it was over the bathtub. Bit difficult getting in and out if you have mobility issues, which I did.

The staff was amazing and they were able to get us in our room early since it was ready. They were helpful and the open coffee bar all day was wonderful. Location was good. The breakfast was very good and the spread was beautiful.

The air con was such a relief. It was close to all we needed. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed. The shower space was small.

The location, breakfast, and staff We could’nt find the entrance to the hotel right away, because of many stores/restaurants beside it, but not their fault

The location was great (I was coming into Munich at the Hauptbahnhof and leaving by the Lufthansa express bus to the airport), the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great. Stairs up to the elevator! I had a big suitcase, but people helped me with it. :)
