Location was great, many cafes, restaurants and bars near the hotel. it was easy to enter the hotel. Check in process was great. The actual room was very dirty in my opinion. The floor was very gross, a lot of hair and insects flying around the hotel. The bathroom was clean, but the actual room itself was dirty.

It looked very unique The “flat tv’s” were very small and badly placed in our room. And the breakfast was a bit small or rather not many options for warm food.

Located in a quiet backwater of Munich but close enough to walk anywhere including Oktoberfest and the main attractions. Slept OK although it was very hot in Munich for the time of year. Breakfast was a simple continental buffet in a lovely dining room overlooking the courtyard garden. I'd stay again. Bed was not as comfortable as I'd prefer, but I managed OK. I think there were protective plastic sheets fitted which are never very comfortable.

The room was beautiful. We enjoyed all of the art - we especially got a kick out of the art in the closet!. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Reading lamps by the bed would have been nice.
