Although the hotel is far from center, it is located in a very livable neighborhood with few steps from pharmacy DM, supermarket Lidl, and Halal Shawarma restaurant (Habib) The staff were amazing and helpful. It has its own parking, though cost eur 20 per night. Everyday, a complementary battle of Water is made available, something that you cannot find it everywhere in Europe . The breakfast was decent with a wide range of selections, fresh croissants, breads, cheese and jam, juices, cakes, eggs, cereals, and others…. Not to forget the Coffee machines The location is also good if you are intending to stay in Munich and commute to Austria The parking was relatively expensive Eur 20. Currently there road works are going on which makes it difficult to reach. But not a big issue with Google Maps

It's not downtown, but it's close to a frequent bus and also to grocery stores. Friendly staff and good Breakfast

Great location in good proximity to restaurants and Supermarkets. Staff very friendly and gave us excellent welcoming. Rooms very clean and equipped with all essential items. Restaurant very spacious and breakfast excellent will many options. Parking though very convenient underneath the hotel but not free must pay 18 Euros.
