Easy check in and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms could have been cleaner- some hairs on sheets and stain on sheets. Carpets in corridors needed to be hoovered more.

Location is great - close to public transport and in a quiet part of the city. The staff were lovely and we were able to have a late checkout for only a small amount extra which really helped us. It was a hot night and the room had no air conditioning. The fan system didn’t appear to work at all and there was no air flow which made it a very uncomfortable evening. It’s also very noisy with the traffic on the street outside.

Staff really good, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and cafe area really nice. Family room was great. A few of the facilities were being renovated, therefore not available (eg kitchen, laundry)
