Room and bathroom were tastefully decorated with comfy beds. Full range of toiletries by This Works. Good restaurant and bar in the hotel. Well connected to the city centre by U-bahn and ample (paid) parking underneath. The large indoor pool with bubble bath is great when traveling with kids. The view was OK but when opening the window there is quite some noise from the Mittlerer Ring.

The breakfast spread and service was superb! As was the food and the service at their sports bar. The beds were comfy and the washrooms well-equipped with all necessities. Perfect for a family stay!

All was FANTASTIC except the mattresses. The mattresses were the only thing bad. Not bad but actually horrible. They placed 3 mattress toppers on both beds and nothing. AMAZING ROOM except the mattresses. 3 nights of barely sleeping.

An amazing place to stay for families. Easy to reach, close enough from the central train station and the historical center of Munich. Delicious breakfast and decent fitness facilities. Two restaurants and a bar. Smart TV with Netflix app installed to connect with your credentials. A comfortable lobby downstairs with plenty of space to wait for check in or after checking out. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the kind gesture of providing a suite for our honeymoon. The staff were generally polite, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable There were a few inconveniences during our stay. We were unable to contact reception from the room phone as it was set in German, so we had to go down in person each time. Also, despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a staff member still entered our room, which affected our privacy. We requested a late check-out for at least two hours due to our late flight, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated. Additionally, the private parking is quite expensive (€29 per day). What was unclear is that once you enter, you are charged based on usage — for example, I initially parked briefly, unloaded my luggage, and was charged €7. Then when I parked again overnight, I was charged €29. It would be better if this policy was explained clearly in advance.

Great facilities and rooms. Incredible breakfast and excellent dining options. The location is quite far away from the centre and railway station, this hotel seems to be geared towards the conference market.

We enjoyed our rooms very much. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and getting to the Uban was easy. there was an issue with booking. I had requested breakfast with the room but it did not translate into the booking which I did not notice until we got there.
