Great hotel. Location is excellent; tram stop right outside of the hotel and is just a short ride into town. Very clean, really convenient modern features in the room that other hotels should be following. Has secure underground parking. If breakfast is until 10:30, then the staff shouldn't start clearing away breakfast until post 10:30.

Also a hotel where the parking fee is not included which is a shame. Also I found breakfast to be very expensive. Over 30€ per Person! Breakfast unfortunately i cannot recommend. It's a buffet yes, but you could also just go to a Turkish restaurant for less the price.

Nothing Extremely long waiting for check-in (yes, after 15:00), super dirty toilet, some items were only for 1 person (even though we were 2)

Located just outside the city centre, but with a tram right out the front that takes you directly into the city. The hotel itself is very nice, with exceptional facilities. The buffet breakfast and room service options were excellent. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The hotel offered everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. Also loved Cloud 6 bar on the rooftop. Great value for money, would stay here again. It is a bit of a walk if you’re arriving from the train station after coming from the airport. Catch a taxi or a tram.

We had such a nice late night meal/snack. Very attentive staff. A little more comfortable bed/pillow. But, I understand I’m traveling. It’s not the same as home! ?

The location was a bit far from what we wanted to do, but it's worth it for the comfort.

The beds were a little firm, but otherwise room was quite comfortable and clean. Front door is actually at the back which is a little odd when getting off tram, but easy once you know where to go.

Breakfast was excellent and Gym as waaaay better that I expected - really good. Bar and restaurant outstanding. Location is good... not too central but easy to commutte and close to everything I needed to do. I dont recall anything now.
