nicely done rooms German self service can be tedious, the entrance gate pin code thing took 8 attempts to open it as it always sent an error message after the third number. No aircon was bad considering the heat, I hadn't checked upon booking, had assumed every hotel offers air condition. Self service drinks are a good idea, but there is no explanation how to pay. We called the hotline as there is no staff present, but even the hotline wasn't answered

Convenient and central location, price was very affordable, lots of food places and coffee shop’s nearby and short walk to public transport Bathrooms are a little tight space. It takes a while for the sink to heat up the hot water especially at night. It speeds up the hot water on the sink when the shower is used.

The location was perfect, there’s a supermarket just close by it (Edeka). There are lovely eateries within the terrain and it’s very close to downtown. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms are very tidy and neat as well. I liked everything just that I couldn’t control the hot water in my room, it was extremely hot and my shower handle was a bit faulty.

Discrete hotel in one of the best parts of Munich. Rooms are just what is needed, super clean.... Coffee and drinks when you want...Both owners are great people as well. Street parking is the only thing available however a few blocks down the street is an inexpensive paid garage.
