The location and price was fair Literally everything else was horrible the staff was rude and threatened to kick me out only because I asked do they clean the rooms and not helpful at all the refrigerator was nasty had a dead rat in it that stunk up the whole room for days and it took them 3 days to replace it they didn't want to give us any towels they never cleaned our room told me check in was for 11 o'clock am but didn't check me in until 3:30pm loud and rude people hanging out in front the building and in the back of the building and on top of all that 2 staff members enter my room saying it was mandatory looking for they housekeeper and this was after they told me housekeeping doesn't clean my room

We booked three months in advance only to get to the hotel and they told us they didn’t have our two rooms. Disappointed and they also took my money for the two rooms.

Nothing. Filthy. Floors and walls were visibly dirty. Someone didn’t so much as sweep. Love roaches in room. Checked in and then left. Not habitable. Corporate customer service is a joke and impossible to get ahold of!

I love the staff. Friendly always. Close to work I seen a few roaches in my room

Pipe burst in building and everyone was sent to the local SHELTER. Paid for a week but only received 2 days of our money back even though we paid for 7 and cancelled the reservation. GRIMEY

It was the ghetto, there was prostitution and people all over smoking weed. At 2am people playing music getting loud. I will never go back. The people and conditions of the rooms. Rooms where dirty and the people all around always smoking weed,then the prostitution out of control
