Staff was great, but we had bad leak in our room. Staff moved us to a new room, and were helpful.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not working because that is one of the reasons why I booked that hotel

It was old and the room was not clean and the breakfast was horrible for the price that I paid for this room for the night. It was not worth the money do better.

For being a Hilton, the upkeep was not good.

Check in was easy. I booked online through booking.com, but our plans changed and we arrived around 2am a day in advance. Lucky for me a young man with the name George greeted me on arrival I told him my situation and I was a day early. He got me all checked in no problem for the extra stay. When I went to check in the next morning for my original stay I was informed George already took care of it for me because I looked so exhausted at check in that morning. Customer service goes a long way with me and George treated me like royalty. I can't complain about anything

Our room was large and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. We will stay here again when traveling to Florida.

We stayed at three hotels on this street due to a ball tournament and this was by far the best one! Clean, updated and friendly staff.

Stayed there for indoor pool listed on hotels.com website. It was closed. This hotel was remodeled which was fine but obviously went with the cheapest contractors. Poor tile work. Bad Caulking. The tub flexed when using the shower. Paint on the trim. Staff was nice. The pool being closed was a huge negative. I would have just saved my money and stayed somewhere else.
