Very nice and clean for the cost

Great welcome, front desk staff service was friendly, incredible, and helpful! Very cozy stay, would definitely recommend!

The hotel was mediocre. The room was damp despite running A.C. and had no working TV (it looks like it needed internet conneciton, but it couldn't connec to the hotel internet). I had work to do and couldn't connect to the internet for more than a few minutes at a time. Would not stay again or recommend.

The location was great. That’s about it The beds were so thin and hard, breakfast was so cold and gross, the hot tub wasn’t working and per call it was but when we got there we’re told it hasn’t for weeks. The pool was ice cold and it was indoor and heated per call prior to checking in.

Coffee at breakfast had a lot of grounds floating around…couldn’t drink it.

Only stayed 1 night due to a road trip. Conveniently located. Room was clean. Pretty quiet inside despite being close to freeway. Only downside was luggage carts were always missing when we needed to use them and elevator was a little slow. Breakfast was good, fresh food was brought out frequently. Great value for the price.

The room seemed as though it had experienced some moisture issues. Odd smell, and the room cleanliness was a bit of a concern.

Stayed one night room was clean staff was helpful tv in room didn’t work they fixed it in 10 min thought it would be noisy by highway but didn’t hear a thing would stay again if u want breakfast and this is for any place go early because most people take more then they need didn’t get anything for breakfast

I would rate this a 2 star hotel. The hot water took forever to warm up, poor water pressure, dirty parking lot, the gym was out of service, no water bottles in the room and you had to pay for them at the check in counter. The room was dated. The only positive is we did not see any bugs in the room. I would not stay here again.

It was fine initially. The breakfast is horrible and the apple juice is terrible.

Room was clean but there was a vent in the wall that was filthy. There is no way that housekeeping crew couldn’t see this vent … a vacuum would do wonders to clean it.

The gentleman at the front desk at check in seemed like we were bothering him by being there the facility overall was clean enough, and what I mean by that is it looked as though it cleaned just to a point as to not have people complain. Maintenance and deep cleaning are pretty obviously an after thought. Getting off the elevator the entire floor had a very strong odor. The room was cleaned to the same standard as the rest of the building. The beds were cleaned and neat, no dust. But the sofa had multiple stains, all the furniture was pretty worn, with missing formica etc. The HVAC was not working as expected causing the room to be pretty humid. And the bathroom light switch was broken. As I said, overall it was clean and worked for my needs of a quick room for an unintended stop on a long road trip, but I wouldn't use this facility for a longer stay then that. I will also add the woman at the desk in the morning was much more personable, and the breakfast was okay
