Most comfortable beds!

Love Love the staff

I needed an accessible room, but the shower didn't hve a seat. The staff went and found me a shower chair.

Easy access and parking. Good breakfast. Clean and well maintained facility.

The check in process was easy, the front desk was nice. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Bed was hard, pillows were small and lumpy, but for just a quick overnight stop as we traveled from Miami to Iowa, it worked fine. Breakfast had plenty of options.

They had some good breakfast in the morning. And the location was perfect for what I was there for. The hallways stink. It smelled like old cigarettes.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was spacious and quiet.

Room was spacious, I liked that they had a pool though I didn't get to use it this stay. Bed was very comfy and we slept well. Breakfast selection was very good. Location was good. We were near the elevators so we heard guests coming and going. Price seemed steep because it was Independence day weekend and was about $40 a day more than following weekends.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. There was nothing I did not like.

Didn't really have time to eat full breakfast. Coffee was good and I took a couple of blueberry muffins. But, the egg, bacon, cereal set up, and waffle set up looked good. The check-in night clerk was offish. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. He did what he was supposed to do, but wasn't very friendly at all.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The bed was terrible. Everything was good except for the bed.

Property is very clean and the staff is very friendly!

It was a wonderful establishment. Everything worked as it should and was clean. I’m very sensitive to beds to the point I have anxiety about hotels, but the bed was comfortable and didn’t trigger pain. The pool and breakfast were nice. Any staff we interacted with were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient with their jobs. If we come back to this area again, we will stay here.

Not terrible, just old.

The gentleman at the front desk was quick, courteous and helpful. The hotel was lobby/breakfast area was clean. The beds were comfortable. My issues were with the bathroom door (couldn't lock the door or close it all the way for privacy) and WiFi (wouldn't stay connected to complete my work). I also didn't care for the setup of the room. The sink was not in the bathroom, but right beside the bed. The shower was small, with water dripping on the floor bc of the gap between the shower door and the floor.
