It all started with the wonderful staff. Before we even checked in we were greeted at the patio and welcomed inside. From the wait staff to the reception staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, we were impressed. We felt as though we came home after a long trip. The views were amazing, the drinks and food were top notch but the people were what makes it a place we will highly recommend and return to ourselves. The pool and sauna were nice extras and the breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The location close to the tram to take you into the city center was a real bonus. Thank you to all your staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food from the dinner menu was excellent, especially the smoked trout! View from room was very n ice. It is not super close to the heart of Innsbruck but easily accessible with a car and plenty of free parking for guests at the hotel. If you don't have a car it would be a tram ride that may take 15 to 30 minutes, from what we were told. We drove into town and it didn't take long (15 minutes/20 max from hotel to city center).

Everything was brilliant…location, facilities, staff. We had to travel to the slopes due to snow fall but bus and tram system is so easy and free with the welcome card. Food was nice and the addition of the Pool was perfect to end the day. Na

The room lacked a refrigerator and a kettle.

It was not clean. The bathroom and the room were not cleaned or only surface cleaning was done.

Comfortable rooms, convenient location. Nice breakfast. Great swimming pool! The seating arrangements at breakfast are carefully laid out. Due to a language miscommunication we sat in the wrong place and were quite severe told off by the staff which I wasn’t expecting and found quite embarrassing in public.

The pool was a welcome perk after a long day of travel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the balcony was plenty spacious as well and had a great view. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing I can think of! It was all very good.

The team ride to Innsbruck was 25 minutes; just need to plan accordingly. The tram runs every 30 minutes until 9pm at which time it only runs hourly ending at approx 11pm.

Lovely and beautiful place, with such a lovely staff! It was so hot and we asked for fans, they immediately supplied them. The food at the restaurant was superb! I didn’t realize it was kind of far from Innsbruck, but that was my fault. So just a heads up, it’s a bit of a drive/train ride, but you can go for the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Great breakfast. Wonderful swimming pool and sauna. About 25 minutes to downtown Innsbruck by tram (runs twice an hour).

Amazing views outside for breakfast or dinner. Cozy mountain room with balcony. Great food with friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the area. Close to train or bus line.

breakfast was nice, a bit more variety with the jam would be nice. easy acces with the tram that was really nice. room was fine very limited options to have dinner for vegetarian and vegans. vegetarial burger was terrible and expensive, then a soup that was just water with some herbs and flour. really no option at all for vegans.
