The rooms were nice and clean The location

It was very clean The only thing was the Deposit was expensive

The location was perfect walking distance from everything It was old inside look like an apartment building. The balcony door was broke. It didn’t lock other than that. It was OK.

This was just a convenient place to stay due to it being in close proximity to Myrtle Beach.

I loved the location. Everything was clean It was hot in the hallways that was the only thing.

Great location and stay

Great location but hotel does not have a lot of parking space available. If arriving later each day, you would have to park in the overflow lot which is one street over from the hotel. The overflow parking lot is very dark & really need some lights in parking lot for safety.

We always stay here and enjoy being close to beach and walking distance to food and stores. Malcom, Dequan and other staff can't remember his name. They remember us and we always enjoy communication and community with the whole place. Don't have any negative comments

I liked the location of the hotel it was convenient to the beach and Broadway. The rooms were okay . the bed slept good and comfortable. The pool needed a little work.

The friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful. shout out to Dave, the maintenance person. He was extremely helpful as well it was a wonderful place to stay. The building was a little older It was very close to the beach It has a cute little vending machine that has several essentials in case you forgot something in it, which I thought was handy and a great idea

We loved being so close to the boardwalk and being able to walk to it every night. The beach access is right across the street which we also loved. Our view was spectacular. The toilet in our bathroom was super loose causing it to leak and there was also hair wrapped around the cord to the hair dryer and hair in the shower. The pool was also dirty with what looked like burnt paper at the bottom as well leaves and other debris.
