Very dirty

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, very clean

Our room was an updated room. I can tell it was an older hotel, but it is being maintained well. I only interacted with the front desk staff and they were pretty nice. The view was amazing from our balcony. We spent some time at the outdoor pool and it was okay. A few of the lounge chairs were broken but we made due. Kids were still diving into the pool even though signs say not to, but we still managed to have a good hangout. No real complaints. The beach was right outside the hotel so it was so convenient. I am definitely considering coming back with my family.

You would assume... the room would be on a higher floor. Not the case they only have 2 of these rooms .. 1 on the second where the view has a tree covering half of your view smh.. the other is on the 9th floor. We checked in and went to our room and immediately left the room and went back to registration desk.. Both ladies were absolutely respectful , and said that you had to call the hotel and request the 9th floor! Now how in the world would you know there is only 2 suites and one the 1 on the 2nd floor in which we had was a absolutely joke. They were able to put us in a double queen bed room the next day on the 9th floor. But we were highly disappointed.. we will never go back .. those 2 nights was lot of money.

This hotel engages in unfair business practices. Although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, staff informed guests that rooms were not ready and could not provide an ETA. I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes to get into my room. The hotel forces you to pay for a full day yet denies you access until late into the afternoon.

The room wasn’t very clean. I have pictures of how disgusting the curtains were. Idk if it was blood or feces. Staff was OK because the fact our room was not ready and they could not tell me when it will be ready. I set in the lobby for over an hour, and they kept telling me the room needs to be inspected. The view was great no issues so what is the location and the price which is reasonable?. the location was very, very good. We did not use any amenities, but we saw people using them. The hotel manager contact me and try to make things right by offering me $25 credit for the resort however, later I found out many of the people were staying there. They were offered that $25 credit ahead of time. Personally, I would not stay here again, but for location and view the hotel it is great. Also parking was very easy just across the street and there are a lot of areas to park so we never worried about finding a parking spot.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river for kids. Very nice location to beach and boardwalk.

Overall, it had a great view of the beach front. It was a short minute walk to the Boardwalk. AC was great. Water was nice and hot. I would come back again.

Staff didn't care at all. People were in the pool from off the streets. No one wore their pool bands and staff didn't care. Carpet was filthy and elevator was dirty and wet the whole time. Didn't have any chairs or anything for the beach. Murphy bed in room was disgusting. Didn't have enough parking for guests. Had to park half a mile away sometimes. Only good thing was the view.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Older buildings but clean. Close to everything. Beautiful view from balcony rooms.

Fun place to stay! There was music late into the evening to where you can hear it a bit in the rooms facing the ferris wheel. It didn't keep us up though. There is a considerable price hike with food in the surrounding restaurants.

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff clean facilities. Close proximity to restaurants near attractions. We will be back.

Loved the hot tub, being able to close doors between the bedroom and living room was nice, bed was comfortable. I walked from the bed to bathroom with white socks on, when I got back to the bed, the socks were filthy. Then I walked barefoot and the carpet felt icky-wet. There needs to be a curtain or something between the kitchen and bathroom vanity for privacy. The beach was not accessible for my friend wth a cane. Our view was blocked by palm trees. I appreciate the privacy and safety of using the room card for all entries!

We had a great time. Chad at the front desk was DARLING! He was great. We had a nice clean room, however the tub did get super clogged. We were checking out so it wasn’t a big deal, but annoying nevertheless. I still give this property 5 stars. We had a great time.

Fun hotel for spring break. Central to the strip and right on the beach. Clean and safe

Clean room and nice staff.

If you arrive and do an early check in pack swimwear. Even checking in early you are not guaranteed to get a room before 4pm. They do have a pool and you are just steps from the beach along with other activities around the area.

everything was nice and clean. Scott at the tiki bar was amazing.
