The pool and lazy river is small. It took awhile to figure out how to work the TV. The bedding was very light in comfort. No blankets to snuggle under. Just a very thin covering. Room was clean. Hated the carpet though. Ocean front was very nice view. Friendly staff. Overall it was ok.

The place was clean and very nice. Ocean view from 19th (top) floor. Staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed the beach.

Location, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, generous with towels and coffee, room climate was comfortable, it was nice not having the ac unit in the room, it was quiet, liked the wrist band key Going through the indoor pool to access the beach, the bathroom had a ball of hair on the floor and also in the tub, the bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly

Easy access to the beach, the room was cleaned and with a great front view of the beach. The bed was to low for a handicap. Difficulty to get up night time. Since there is no table in the room, a small dinning table could be set at the porch front view.

We loved everything about this place. The staff were friendly and the pool area was well maintained. We had an issue with another family acting wildly inappropriate in front of our children and it took a while to get security. The pillows could have also been better but not a deal breaker, we intend on coming back!
