will never stay here again. Terrible smell and bugs. Had to request a room change as soon as we got checked in. Very disappointed

This is a basic hotel. Lots of transients and very basic amenities.

The staff was nice and free breakfast The room we have look unfinished and I didn’t see in they policy about the 250$ deposit fee and that to much for a old looking room

This was our family group and we were treated royally. It was a bus load from Philly others flew in and drove. It was wonderful time. 07-22-26

The front end manger was very nice and professional. The room had black mold and a damp smell. My four month was coughing from the smell.

When we checked in, we confirmed housekeeping would be daily for our stay (Mon-Thurs). Did not get any housekeeping service the entire time despite continued requests. Also was charged and additional “service fee” upon check in

The room was clean. Staff seemed okay with hoodlums smoking weed right outside the building, on the property, next to the doors. Also seemed okay with shady people hanging out in the lobby. Walls are thin, and I was hearing techno music all night. My refund for the over expensive deposit still hasn't been refunded to me.

The location was good. The front desk staff at night when we checked in was so kind and very helpful with suggestion’s regarding when to order an uber and she put us on the 4th floor where it would be quieter. It smelled very musty and all the carpet needs to be replaced.
