FIFTH AND OCEAN

The room was very clean and basic. The parking situation is undesirable, unless you’re on a motorcycle or VW Bug. The front desk lady was nice enough and accommodated us by putting us in a second floor room instead of a fourth floor room. That we greatly appreciated. For the amount we paid to stay here it was worth it but I would recommend driving the smallest vehicle possible or you will have issues with parking.

The hotel is very close to the beach and has a pool. The wind was bad, so the pool was the better option.

But the cleanliness of the second room was just as bad as the first, minus the mold. There was dental floss, Bandaid, hair and clothes tags under the one bed.

The room was okay for the price. The shower still had sand in it from previous travelers. It could have been cleaned better.

Clean room, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Affordable stay. Nice location

Great last minute stay

You can only get new towels if you turn in the ones you have (and you can't get additional towels other than the ones assigned to your room) and there is no daily housekeeping, but other than those two things you might get at a more expensive hotel, it's an amazing value. The pool is nice, the parking is comfortable and close to the rooms, there are fridges and microwaves in the rooms, the beds and pillows are decent. The shower.. OH MAN THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING. I haven't had a shower with that much hot water and hard water pressure in a long time. GREAT shower. The ladies in the front office were very sweet and gave me all the info I needed when I needed it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a value while staying right near the beach!

I thought it was on the beach. Had a lot of traffic noise and Tennant noises. Even as late as 1 to 2 am even called police because the loud talk right outside our door was fussing.

We were only here one night, but the staff were wonderful, the room was all redone and clean, still needs upgrade to outside but it is a diamond in the rough!

I like the room. It was nice and clean smells clean. I didn’t expect that cause the price was so cheap comparing although the hotel looks so nice but their room is not clean. The space was too small compared to this hotel. I like it. I like it a lot. I don’t have anything that I don’t like, but I think it will be better have bigger pool for children and adult

Staff is friendly. The rooms were Clean. Bath rooms were clean & hygiene. Very Near to Beach & Boardwalk, few steps away TV wasn't working due to bad internet connection, but anyway thats fine, No-One going to watch TV if near to Beach , hahaha. Somehow I felt parking space is too congested. it was hard for me to park in & out from the space if all other spots are occupied.

The room and staff were super friendly and helpful. Available by text which is a bonus. After a long day shopping and hitting the beach it's not fun to go up multiple flights of stairs to get to your room. There was no elevator. There were adults screaming and kids running around knocking on our door at 3am. Walls were super thin and you could hear EVERYTHING

I loved that the property was in good area and literally right across from the beach. My rating for the room is not that bad as far as the staff you really don’t see them or know who the staff is but the front desk the front desk lady was very chill. She sold her coupons for discounts other than that is the other people that staying there that makes or give a bad look ^^

I also called a few days in advance to extend my day by one day the gal then answered the phone was more than polite and said no worries we got you. Yet when I go to check in as I was instructed, I informed her I was staying the extra day and the clerk was very rude to me and said we’re sold out for the whole weekend four times. She told me that didn’t even give me a chance to tell her that the gal on the phone told me that they would take care of it. Not sure I would recommend staying there again
