Ocean Reef Resort

The property was well maintained and the resort made a great impression the pools were well maintained and clean. The restaurant and bar made the stay well worth the time and and was priced well for an oceanfront resort. The location was central to the beach and parking was a breeze. The property was as well balanced for a large hotel with all you needed in one location. We had a blast.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!! Well maintained,clean,great staff. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and well maintained with EXCELLENT staff! Definitely worth the price!

Check in was 4 but it was after 430 before the room was ready. Upon getting to the room - there apparently was dog poop in front of the door that got tracked into the room. So we had to get that taken care of which was another 30-45 minutes. After that, everything was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking could have been better.

We, as a couple, really enjoyed our stay here, I looved the ocean view and the balcony, as well as quick access to the beach! The weather can change quickly and you can get back and come again throughout the day which is super convenient. The room exceeded our expectations, we really loved it, it was clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself has a cool pool area (multiple pools), lots of parking, the staff is very very nice. We really loved everything about our stay!!

One of the best condos I've stayed in.

Facility never addressed 2 things that we reported needing attention. A lamp in our room we could only use for 5 minutes before it started constantly blinking, we found mouse droppings behind the bedside bureau and the entire time our room phone was completely dead.

What makes this situation even more upsetting is that when something like this happens at a hotel, you expect management to take it seriously, investigate the room properly, and show genuine concern for the guest. No one should pay to stay somewhere and leave dealing with bites and worrying about what may have caused them. I understand that problems can happen anywhere, but how a hotel responds to a serious complaint says a lot about the property and its management. I expected much better care, communication, and accountability. I am sharing this review so other guests are aware of my experience. I hope management takes this seriously, properly inspects the room, and makes sure another guest does not have to go through the same thing.

My room had not yet been renovated. Do not like getting water from the bathroom sink to make coffee.

The cleanliness was top tier! The entire resort smelled very fresh. The rooms were quiet The bed was firm, but still comfortable. Location is excellent. Nothing.
