The resort was very family friendly, there was pools to accommodate all ages! The view of the beach was amazing !

The condo was wore out and needs sever updating. The refrigerator was in the way of closing the bedroom door. No privacy. The bathroom looked like someone did some work but did not do a good job. The pools were always dirty with food floating in them. The entire condo and other condos smelled like roach spray. And no there was no exterminator near by. Just a terrible experience.

The staff was excellent. The room was nice and clean. We got fresh towels every day without having to ask the pool area was very nice and clean. I would most definitely stay there again. Only thing I didn’t like is that we asked for our rooms to be close to each other. But other than that, we were on the same floor, but as I said, the rooms were very nice. The hotel was nice.

We had a great stay at Sandy Beach- the room was clean, everyone was helpful, the beach access was great. Would definitely stay here again.

SB is the only place I will ever stay when I am vacationing in MB! Clean, friendly staff, great location, and great pools. My whole family approves of this place!

Cleanness

We have stayed at this property multiple years and we always have a great time. We had some inconveniences during our stay 1. one of the elevators wasn't working so wait times were longer than usual and 2. there were beach renovations going on during most of our stay so we did not have direct access to the beach. Even with these things going on, our stay was still enjoyable. The room is spacious and had everything we needed for our week stay. Appreciate the security on property, making us feel safer enjoying the area, especially at night. Staff was always friendly and willing to help.

Check-in went smoothly and my unit was ready early. Plenty of parking across the street as well as an overflow lot next to that. My oceanfront 1 bedroom unit ( room 310) had a full kitchen, spacious bedroom and very large living room with dining table. The space was very clean and all of the furnishings looked brand new. Bathroom was very clean and had large countertop with lots of storage. The hallways and some common areas could use a refresh. There was free coffee in the morning but no water bottle filling stations. Pool area was very well maintained and kept very clean. Management team did a great job of enforcing pool rules to keep guests safe and comfortable. Bring your own beach towel as the pool towels provided are basically hand towels to be used to do a quick dry off. Remember that you are staying in individually owned units so the pictures online may not reflect your exact space. This is not a traditional hotel so there is no onsite restaurant or beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but be prepared to drive to most attractions. Lots of shopping including grocery stores within a few miles of the property. As a solo traveller, seeing on-site security was a plus. They helped me find parking, enforced pool rules in the evening, and shut down a loud party before I even reached for the phone to register a complaint. Overall my stay was a very pleasant, positive experience

The location is in a good area if you want to be walking distance from the boardwalk, bars and restaurant’s. Our Room was clean and had good views of the ocean and beach. The beds were also comfortable. No WiFi available that I needed for work

Very dissatisfied with cleanliness and condition of room. Pool was cloudy. Photos did not reflect actual resort well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
