Terrible place to stay

We showed up to check in and the lady didnt even get up to greet us she yelled from another room what we needed i said we are here to check in? and then she finally got up. Parking is terrible and rooms are super run down and dirty, lots of mold. Litter all over the place outside. We stayed 4 nights and never once took our shoes off inside because the carpets are so filthy your feet are black after a few minutes and it just felt so grimey. Bed was hard as a rock and you could feel every spring. Lots of stains on the blankets and no towels included. The shower curtain wasnt even connected to the wall so it was a constant battle to not knock it down. We just went to Walmart and bought a few towels on our own because we wouldn't trust what they would give us if we asked. When you turn the light on in the bathroom theres a horrible screaming noise. And there was a homeless man asleep on the nasty beach chairs provided literally a step outside our balcony door. This was just a really gross place to sleep. The only redeeming quality was how close it is to the beach thats it.

For the price I paid, it wasn’t bad at all! And the view was great! The convenience of being right on the beach was also awesome! The pool on the roof area is nice!! We didn’t spend much time in our room to be honest! Had a great time!!

The room was dirty, you can tell they didn’t clean from the last people. There was a wendy’s cup behind the tv and the carpet didn’t look like it was attempted to be vacuumed. Our sheet had a stain on it as well as the bath towels that we got. Other than that, the view was beautiful and the desk staff were friendly…

Room said daily cleaning when we arrived the letter given said daily cleaning is canceled. Room said it had ac rooms ac wasn't working i sweated all night ended having to buy a 20 inch fan. Staff told me they only had that balcony room which was set on 1st pool level and was not the same balcony as pics online. Room had several signs of water damage. The bathroom had part of the door missing at the bottom from water damage. I messaged expedia with no reply or anything.

I like the location I was booked as guest house but I found out no kitchen

Loved the ocean view and was not bothered at all The elevator was a little suspicious but I hate elevators anyways

The room was dirty. The room smelled. The stairwell smelled like urine. The bathroom was disgusting.

The pool was pretty cool The air conditioner, leaked water in the room, ask for another room because the carpet was wet They denied it and sent a guy to vacuum up the water.

The location and the staff was nice I didn't stay after I walked into the bedroom and the carpet was soaking wet and there wasn't anything but a sheet on the bed, I went back to office and told them I wouldn't be staying there and gave them the door keys back, I doubt I'll get my money back and really don't care but I wasn't staying there it's the next hotel that they will demolish

Friendly None

The location was amazing and I loved having chairs outside. I also loved the ground level with balcony access to the beach. The split-2 bedroom hotel room was great and gave us privacy, but still able to be together as a family.

Disappointing

Walk to the beach Big gap's under doors, big roaches crawling on the walls, very dirty, no wash rags etc.

Staff was rude when checking in out, room was visibly dirty. Overall hotel was very run down
