They need to deep clean the rooms and have ice stations on every floor. They just need a new renovation.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk got us checked in early, which was a positive. Once we exited the elevator the hallway and carpet leading up to the room was dirty. Once inside the room everything was out dated, carpet was filthy to the point my wife told the kids to keep their shoes on. Also, the dishwasher did not work, TV in the master did not work. They came and couldn’t fix it, came back the next day and finally fixed it. Overall for $1.8k the stay was very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend.

4/5 Stars...1st time staying there and open to staying there again..they have great potential there..only real downside is there is no regular house keeping throughout our stay...next time we know to bring our own trash bags and a screwdriver..there seemed lots of loose handles throughout our room

This was my second stay here. I had a better experience the first time. The view was extremely beautiful in the 180° room. Tv's have been upgraded from small sizes which was a plus.The room wasn't cleaned well. Floors hadn't been swept and bathroom faucet had toothpaste stains from previous guest. Windows could use some windex. Pillows were very worn. Showers had low water pressure. We had problems with our room keys not working even after going back to check in to have them fixed. Location is not a minute walk to the board walk as advertised but it is slightly across from Family Kingdom.

This room was filthy. Old food in the oven and on the counter there were cigarette butts on the floor the staff could not accommodate me for another room and they sent housekeeping the next AFTERNOON with no cleaning supplies just to pick up the old food tray in the oven. The couch was worn down and dirty i will probably. Never book again and this was not my first time staying here but a very bad experience. I didn't even sleep hardly just because of my OCD

Beach view from 8th floor was good. Nice lazy river that appeared clean. 2 hot tubs were nasty. One appeared to be cracked. Kiddie pool was full of sand. Many areas of sheetrock through the building was busted. Automatic entry door of the hotel only worked part of the time, otherwise everyone knew to help open for the next person. Door panel for lock was busted. The carpet was ripped and had a wave in it. The dryer was rusted. The couch was ripped. The fridge was full of water. The bottom drove drawer was broken. This room "location" was good & the elevators always smelled nice, otherwise everything else was less desirable!!!!!!! Check before you book.

Of walking on the beach. Registration was a breeze and the receptionist Somoia was pleasant. Recommendations would be to upgrade the bedroom tv, be sure the phone works or take it out if it doesn’t; be sure light bulbs are replaced, be sure jacuzzi bath tubs have a stopper. Maintenance was prompt with handling some concerns. Torn furniture shouldn’t be in the rooms. There were stains in the ceilings. Why not make sure the rooms are updated, painted and furniture is not torn? I would have loved to give a perfect 5 but simply could not because these are easy fixes that somehow are ignored. It’s the simple things that can make guests feel like you care in the details of their stay. Will I visit again… maybe if I find out it’s been upgraded and I don’t have to give Maintenace a list to fix upon check in. Word of mouth is powerful. Take heed in the constructive criticism from guests.

The location was very convenient to almost everything. However the property is dated and dirty. The room I chose was filthy and I was provided with one that was better but still left a lot to be desired. The staff was accommodating when available but I noticed that they were assigned numerous jobs so therefore the desk was unattended at times

The maintenance of the pool is no good and the kitchen area was no really clean

Dryer did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. Condo wasn’t fully cleaned. There were dirty socks in room and blood stain on bedsheet. Kitchen floor was dirty and plastic forks under kitchen sink. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.

Only issue we had was the front room was not cold and roughly 80 degrees and wouldn’t cool . The pools were okay not very clean and a lot of floating stuff around us . Other then that the overall stay was very good ! The staff was extremely friendly. The view was amazing!

Also the condo was very cozy, clean and well maintained. I found out that the hot tub in the room did not function at all and was not aware of that until 3am when we were ready to use the hot tub. I feel they could've had snacks and bottled water in the room for us along with laundry detergent and dish liquid. Other than that, the condo overall was very nice and large space. I loves the 180 view and balcony. Excellent.

Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member on duty was very helpful. The first room that we were given was a complete mess. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. It was completely not what was expected from the descriptions and photos on the website. I went back to the front desk and told them about what we found and they quickly offered another room option. This one was much better in size, cleanliness and functionality. We did have to purchase several items for the room in order to use the kitchen to cook meals. Another disappointment was that the fitness room was closed for our entire stay (7days). We did enjoy the proximity to the beach and the pool area was great! Also, parking was free and very convenient.The property as a whole could use a little upkeep as it was pretty rundown.

The views were great. Staff was very responsive. The property needs some routine maintenance but overall had a great experience.

The rooms were dated. The location, in general, was good, but the beach in front of the property was closed due to construction. The inner tubes for the lazy river weren't inflated. I originally had a 3 bedroom condo booked, and I was called 1 month prior to my stay to inform me of this fact. They did place us in a 2 bedroom, but it was cramped for 6 people.

The room was ok but the amenities half worked the stove didn't work facets in the bathroom sink the water comes out full blast and the shower trinkled water slowly. We had to wash at the sink. The furniture was uncomfortable ripped and sitting on a 2x4 plank. The beds the worst. The only thing was good was the view from the balcony. Room 305 DON'T DO IT!

The room had torn carpet and furniture. But over all We enjoyed our stay and will visit again

Other than the water beefing off during check-in(pipework), along with being notified about during check-in. They stay was okay, nice location. A nice little walk to the boardwalk. Staff was helpful.
