Our room was in the Breakers Dune hotel. We were unimpressed with the unit, looked very old and needed to be updated. It was quite small as was the bathroom with very little storage. Basically it looked dingy and we didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. We would not stay there again but might try one of the other buildings the are part of Breakers. Avoid the Dune building.

Clean, spacious, great price for booking. Disliked where parking was away from resort.

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by some of the other guests. The hotel was very loud, especially late at night. There were children screaming outside our door, running through the hallways, and repeatedly slamming doors, which went on for hours. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. After calling the front desk they were able to send someone up promptly to address this. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the oceanfront view was amazing. Enjoyed the pool, lazy river and the jacuzzi. Will most definitely come back to stay 10/10

This hotel was very clean. However , Breakers has 4 hotels in a row and all the amenities are spread out between the 4. You do have access to them but this is not disclosed at booking . We requested a lower level floor due to my father’s health and struggle to get around, we were advised they couldn’t honor my request. I said I requested it at booking and the day before we came down , I confirmed . The Manager told me that didn’t matter. The access to the beach is awkward for “Ocean Front” and the parking garage was a nightmare , which is also across the street. Cleanliness is really what hotel had going for it, I would not book again due to customer service experience and the amenities spread out so much.

Room was clean stash was friendly but bathroom packed water pressure and eventually none at all. When trying to switch rooms I was moved from a king suite to a king efficiency

Beautiful property & location! Highly recommended.

An excellent place—everything was very clean and well-organized, the staff was very friendly, and check-in was very quick. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Clean room, nice pools, good place to stay with your family.

The suite at the Breakers Resort was very nice. The furnishings and kitchen appliances were fairly new. The suite was clean except for the small stain on one if the bedspreads otherwise everything else in the suite was nice. The maid service is practically nonexistent. I had to catch the maid in front of the elevator to get some trash bags, took out my own trash. The elevator is in a bad spot hard to get around in with the luggage carrier. Elevator is always wet and muddy and extremely hot, no air conditioner. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel. The small parking lot in front of the hotel is directly over a sewer and the awful smell gets inside your car while you're loading or un loading. This review is of the building called the Sailfish which is one of 3 buildings squeezed in between other hotels on what is called the grand strand. Staff was nice enough. Nothing extraordinary, answered questions when asked. The balcony was nice. Kitchen was nice new appliances. I had to buy a mattress topper for the bed, much pain after first night.

I will definitely be back. Perfect location and awesome room. Even with the door having a little problems opening onto the pool. It was a great choice. First time there a will be coming back next year.

Great job

Great hotel on the beach, easy parking. A lot of pools and hot tubs, so it does not look crowded, even though it was. Breakfast place Papa's is terrible, so avoid it (even if it's included in the deal).

It was hard to find the check in "registration " but it's an amazing place and I'll definitely be back!!
