Loved the location! Couldn’t be more central. And the full breakfast buffet was best we’ve had in our entire trip in Japan! A little more expensive than advertised on the booking website.

Check in was fast and efficient. He upgraded our room. The hotel had quality black tea in their "help yourself to extras". There was an English language bus map to the city's main temple.

Clean, very close to train station, food options close, good breakfast. No instructions for those who have never used onsen on what to do when you get there (where to change, wash before?…). Must go down to office to get cover for mastectomy and tell people what the problem is!!!please no kids after 2200. If price will increase once confirmation is made, that should be notified first.

The staff members were most helpful and kind!! The room was comfortable and the location was superb !! It was a little tight in the room but managed pretty well!
