The beach in front of the property is closed to swimming due to moray eels and sea snakes ?

We also experienced the typhoon during our stay. The hotel staff kept us reassured, safe and fed through the day. They worked very quickly in cleaning up after the storm and returning the resort to its usual state. Also very kindly gave us a breakfast box on our last morning as we had to leave the hotel early. None at all

Phenomenal Hotel and Wellness Centre near Nago Okinawa. Rooms were spacious and extremely well appointed and serviced twice daily . Staff were remarkable making you feel extraordinary welcome at every interaction. Best feeling making it a wonderful stay. The Wellness facility including 14 stage Salt water Bio pool was awesome. The infinity pool too was great . The Fine Dining evening and breakfast varied and tasty. Nothing to note the sea does have noted jellyfish but not unusual

Location was perfect but unfortunately we had to go to Busena terrace to swim because the nearby beach is not swimmable. Staff was very attentive. All adult feature is good. Thalasso pool was great. Not enough activity. Fitness center is too small for a wellness club. Not enough local food. Not much to do at night.

The staff was amazing, never experienced such friendliness and service before . The rooms and facilities very clean. The view from the room is amazing Many restaurants where not open, no proper menu selection for lunch. So overall the food selection was average. At night there were some moto bike races on the road which kept us awake at one night.

All the hotel staff were friendly, and the condition of the room was the best I've ever experienced. I visited on a prenatal trip for my wife, and I was very satisfied.

This is a beautiful property! Everything is so well kept, clean and beautiful. From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing but courteous, gracious, and always willing to help you with anything you needed. I would say it is worth staying at the Terrace Club rather than the Busena Terrace next door especially if you are a couple. You still get access to Busena and all their restaurants, pools, etc. but the Terrace Club is another cut above in terms of relaxation, peacefulness, and luxury. They have a spa that you can go to as well as a wellness pool/aqua therapy area that we used daily. The views of the sea are so beautiful from your balcony, and the restaurants at the facilities are excellent. The Terrace Club also has a tea time and happy hour that are free depending on your room selection and well worth it. The airport transfer for free is also a major plus. Nothing. Only thing we would note is that the property is approximately an hour drive from the airport, and there are only a few designated time slots for the shuttle. The hotel will arrange a private taxi for you if you arrive at an off time.

Under my expectation, parking lot cost ¥1500/night is a surprise for me when we already pay ¥70,000 a night for the room, all the drink & snack in room also cost, quite stingy.
