The location is good, very near the lake and a few minutes by car away from Riva del Garda. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was good. There was a hitch regarding payment. I had to pay in cash because the online payment system was down but I guess this was just a one time thing.

Breakfast was tasty and many options, not everyday the same. But I missed vegetables. Very nice lady at breakfast and also at the reception :) thank you, we felt very welcomed and pool is also great update to hotel. Very good location, close to everything. No problem with parking. A little bit older equipment in the room, but clean.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, breakfast very solid, air conditioning and internet excellent, swimming pool nice but useless. In these places, there is not enough heating by the sun, as a result the water is too cold for most guests, you can sunbathe on nice sunbeds. In general, a short vacation spent pleasantly. The hotel lacks a restaurant or at least a bar inside or by the pool, so that the guest can spend some time in the hospitality of the hotel's ambience.

Locality, great restaurant directly next to the hotel, parking, beach very close to the hotel. Not the best cleaning in the shower.

Clean spacious room with a nice balcony. Communication from the hotel was excellent indicating the access codes to the building and have everything prepared for my arrival despite there not being someone on the desk. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has been recently renovated, all is new. Central and with parking space at the entrance. Good communication, we arrived late and got instructions via Whatsapp how to enter. The next day the lady at reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a bit of everything but sort of industrial and could be improved. Fresh fruit missing. The juice was just powder with water and there was no variety of bread.

The place was well located, the room was comfy and the breakfast was good. Check out time is too early (10am) and room was cold when we arrived.

Great location, super clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The breakfast attendant will come to each table to ask how you want your eggs so be sure not to miss that. We had a full wall of windows and a balcony so we could view the town happenings and the gorgeous mountains. Would stay again. The one thing that would make this room better would be a fridge in the room.

My room smelled a bit like cigarettes but no one was at reception to talk to about it. The shower was too tiny to move around.
