I enjoyed the breakfast, although there were busy times when I felt I wouldn't be able to find a spot to sit. I also like the short distance to walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and the top floor hot bath, which wasn't busy the two times I visited. The fridge in the room was good. The room was a bit small, but I guess that's to be expected with many hotels in Japan. Nothing else stands out that was negative. Maybe a longer walk was needed to get to the nearest grocery store, otherwise there were convenience stores located a short walk away.

Comfortable room. Convenient location near the monorail and bus stations, making it a good base for sightseeing. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast with the menu changing each day. The bathroom was a bit on the small side (though fairly typical for Japan), and everything felt a little dated and worn (but nothing was broken, and it was kept very clean).

Location is good. Close to the bus main station and monorail. Only 5 mins walk. Also there are some restaurants around. This is a quiet area, pretty silent during night time. 3 convenient stores just few steps away. This hotel with delicious breakfast, some dishes change everyday. You taste keema curry, サーターアンダギー, okinawa soba during morning time. Also they provide free drinks, such as hibiscus tea amd coffee. This was touched. Even room is tiny but bed is comfortable, room with bathtub that you could fully relax when you had a long walk day. Pillow was too soft and flat like there is no pillow.

Pretty good location, next to station and short walk to Kokusai-doori. Room bit small but overall good value for price. I would stay there again. Breakfast was a bit mediocre.

I travelled with a friend and we stayed for 5 days. Both our rooms were a decent size and had all the amenities as advertised. The onsen was indoors but there was a large sky-light so it was possible to still enjoy a light, refreshing breeze. Breakfast was included and was a good mix of cooked and fresh foods. My friend doesn't eat meat and was able to find plenty of meat-free options during breakfast, such as salad, rice, miso soup, breads, yogurt. There was occasionally some cooked food that was meat-free, such as eggs, but mostly the cooked food contained meat. Location was amazing, only 15 minutes walk to Kokusai-dori and less than 5 minutes to the nearest conveniene store. It was also located on a relatively quiet street so the best of both words, being close to the city centre but being on a quiet street. There was free parking available, which is very convenient as you need to hire a car if you want to get around the island easily. The car park is right next to the hotel and can be easily missed, but when my friend went in to ask, the staff were very helpful. The car park stacks the cars, so you need to tell the staff when you park and ask them when you want to access your car. My friend slept very well and had no complaints about the bed, but unfortunately mine was very hard. I often use Hotel Route-Inns and have never experienced an uncomfortable bed before so this was a bit disappointing.
