The location and the staff were very pleasant. The view from our room was not as expected. We thought we would have a view of the harbour.

The hotel is located right in the center, next to the bus station, which makes it ideal if you are traveling around the island by public transport. The breakfast is repetitive, but sufficient.

Close to everything easy access to everything downtown The breakfast could’ve been better. The scrambled eggs were just runny no fried eggs no waffles or pancakes.

room are quite small for 2 large suitcase (which normal for rooms in Japan). good location, have pathway to train station. water refill machine in every floor. close to convenience store. walkable to kokusaidori street.

The room, bathroom, and shower were all very good. We stayed 4 nights and didn't think much of the breakfast. There were limited choices. What was offered wasn't very good, and the "hot" items were cold. On the 4th morning, the automatic espresso/cappuccino machine was out of order, so there wasn't even any decent coffee. Breakfast was accompanied by the monotonous twanging of a recorded, tuneless sanshin.

Near yuirail and bus terminal, lawson and 7-11 very near, very quick check in and check out - just thru machine. Big bed too compared with other hotels with almost the same price. Room was clean but still needs more cleaning as there were a lot of dust and small stuff below bed.

- Basic room with adjustable air-con temperature, come with a empty bar fridge and water kettle. - There is a water dispenser at the lift lobby as bottled water was not provided. - Drinks (coffee/ tea) was provided at the lounge from 3pm - 10pm. - Disposable toothbrush was provided in the toilet daily. Other amenities like razor, comb, etc could be collected at the lobby. - For daily clearing of rubbish and changing of towels, you need to paste the magnetic card on your door. - Normal housekeeping only done every 3 days. - Near the monorail station and bus terminal, linked by covered bridge at level 2. - I paid 1800yen for the breakfast for one day but there was not much variety of items. - The lobby located at level 4 and I stayed at level 5 near the lift lobby, I could hear noise from the lobby especially the opening of storage room door for luggage.

The location is exceptionally close to transportation therefore residents of the hotel can count on all public transportation services to their destinations. A tourist information center located inside the bus terminal was the greatest help to us. N/o
