Everything about the property was excellent
-
Excellent rooms and very accommodating staff
-
The staff was very nice, friendly and very helpful
-
Convenient location on Asahibashi - it is easy to go anywhere with the monorail, including to and from airport. Lobby, bar and restaurants are beautiful, rooms large and confortable
-
A little variety.

The rooms are big for Japanese rooms and the staff were all quite helpful. The place was very clean. My room cleaners kept my place spotless. The hotel breakfast was marked as exceptional but was fairly standard and bland Japanese hotel buffet fare. Was super disappointed with it to the point even though I paid for breakfast I went out for breakfast 3 times during my stay. The dinner I had one evening in the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive. In general, even for Golden Week, the hotel was very overpriced. They kinda talk luxury but I'd rate this as a 3 star not a 5 or 4 star hotel experience. Also, was weirdly challenged by one lounge staff member on whether I was staying there (demanded I show my room key) when I stopped in for a glass of wine in the lounge one night (as one of the only non-japanese guests, kinda felt a bit singled out. Was very strange.). I do not think I would stay again but wanted to be fair about what was good (the rooms, and the cleanliness).

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, the rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. nothing.
-
The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect for access to train and within walking distance to local attractions. Rooms were very clean and modern Nothing

I havent had service like this since I stayed at the Park Hyatt in Tokyo. Staff was very attentive. Place is beautiful.

Location perfect! Only 5 monorail stations to the hotel from the airport. Accessible by elevator all the way to the hotel. Train stations’s pedestrian bridge is connected to the hotel, and also Naha Bus Terminal. Staff are all very hospitable. We arrived a bit late due to flight delay, and hotel restaurant was about to close, but they were ready with a map which had recommended restaurants. They even informed us about scarcity of the taxi during lush hours, in case we need to go to the airport by taxi. Room was very specious, clean, and they provided everything I wanted including nespresso machine. Sea view was wonderful! Breakfast was superb too! None

perfect location

This is an upscale hotel with a reasonable rate. The location is convenient—only a short walk to the day tour pickup point and Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the staff weren’t able to communicate well in English. However, I highly recommend this stay in Naha.

They only have double beds; the staff couldn’t book van taxi for us
-
Very friendly and professional staff. Also they had lots of patience for us as we did not speak Japanese. Everyone from front desk staff and especially restaurant staff were extremely helpful and patient as we ordered. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the dinner roast beef and Wagyu. Air fresher sprayed in lobby near elevator was very strong.
-
Location is perfect, close to airport, public transport, restaurants and shopping. The room was wonderfully comfortable. Lots of space, pamperingly comfortable beds and 5 star bathroom. Wonderful amenities. Delicious and quality breakfast buffet. Very attentive and polite staff.
-
The bed and pillows are comfortable. The premium room has a nice bathroom that regular person can stretch their legs in the tub. The location is a short walk from the monorail station. The breakfast spread, which is included in the offer, is extensive and delicious. It offers both Okinawan and Western breakfast. The coffee, juices and smoothies are good. The lobby is on the 14th floor, while the rooms are on floors 6-13. It is confusing.
-
The staff were very friendly and opened taxi doors for us and even gave us directions to around Okinawa The view wasn’t all that
-
It was clean and the toilet had warm seat. The beds were comfortable and staff were generally friendly. Breakfast buffet was bomb. Nothing.

Location, clean premises and massage services available I only ate breakfast at the buffet once as it is overpriced. I have been at buffets at five-star hotels in Thailand and in Europe, and there were more choices, more fruits, and a variety of both Asian and American cuisines. We agreed that the bacon should be served crispy as it was undercooked, and there should be more fruit, pastries, and muffins. The eggs were not warm- they should serve boiled eggs. The hotel should have a small café that serves coffee, tea, ice cream, pastries, sandwiches, and fruits as some of us don’t have time to eat a buffet in the morning. I stayed in Mihama eight months ago at a hotel near Kadena AB, and the hotel’s buffet was simply outstanding. There is no comparison. Although Righa’s location and facilities were impressive, I was not impressed with the dining facilities. One could find better restaurants at reasonable prices in walking distance. Also, there is no 24-hour room service.

Get the breakfast! Its the perfect mix of okinawan, japanese, and european/american, something for everyone in my group.
