The staff really make this hotel special and set it apart. I absolutely loved the aesthetic and Spa services available. The amenities and great care and attention we received from everyone made our stay truly special. The hotel is dated and on the beginning of a decline in facilities everywhere you look there are stays, rough edges, items just slightly more worn than they should be. Our room had awkward blood colored stains that wouldn't come up. When we checked in the bathroom had an overwhelmingly powerful old urine smell. We ended up going to 7 eleven and buying a cleaning spray and hosing the bathroom down ourselves. I am 100% sure the staff would've made it right by us, but I didn't want the hassle of potentially packing up and moving everything over or having someone come in and spend time cleaning it. Another note, the tubs sort of float in order to create a false lip for the water to drain down from the wet room. This means any pressure can dislodge them from the wall or the service panel falls off and it's difficult to put back up. Every time we got into the tub to use the shower the service panel would fall off. we eventually just stopped trying and bathed at the spa all the time.

great location, easy to access

A very nice, modern hotel with a beautiful lobby area and stylish rooms. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location was very convenient, close to the bus station and the monorail. We were welcomed with a free packet of facial treatments (for the women) and a coupon for a small Blue Seal ice cream from the hotel. Boutique coffee was available in the room and he lobby area also had free juice and coffee in the afternoons. I felt that the public bath could have been cleaner, you could see particles floating in the water, and the water was not very hot during one visit. The pillows and comforter were down and it seemed like they were very dusty as both my husband and I found ourselves sneezing when we were using them.

We informed the staff about the issue, and while they tried to help by cleaning the room, it unfortunately did not solve the problem. The smoke smell seemed to come through the bathroom vent, so the smell kept returning. It was quite unpleasant and made the stay much less comfortable.

One block from Naha bus terminal and 15 min car ride from airport made it very convenient. The property itself is very nice, both the common spaces and the room we had for our one-week stay. It is a newer well-maintained property, with a beautiful onsen. My only suggestion would be to try and have someone on the restaurant/bar staff who understood/spoke some English, as it was difficult at times for us to understand one another. I also noticed several Chinese speaking guests struggling to communicate with retaurant staff. Everyone was very pleasant, but the language barrier made it difficult at times.

A very clean and comfortable hotel near the airport and the city center. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Room is small but comfortable and very clean. The bath is nice and spacious. They only clean rooms every 4 days, which is quite shocking considering the price of the room. They do provide clean pyjama and towels. The front desk staff is also not very friendly.

The public bathhouse is spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. No big deals: but the pillows were a little bit flat, you may need to request for additions if necessary. Paid Parking is close by next door w/ unlimited in and outs, but it is a vertical-parking elevator structure. So please reserve additional time (5mins) to wait for staff to call the lift to park or retrieve your vehicle.

My boyfriend got electric shock on the first night by trying to remove his charger which is an Apple Original charger, then the whole socket came out, Sparks as well, then he got shocked. We demanded refund of the night however without speaking to us, they just moved us to another room and claimed they gave an upgrade. I am extremely disappointed on the service level and communication between hotel and their guests. In the end they finally agreed to refund the first night and request me to contact booking.com where I originally booked the hotel from to claim refund. I contacted booking.com and they said they have not heard back from the hotel, no progress since end of Sep. I am extremely disappointed as someone who loves Japan and has been to Japan for more than 10 times, never had this experience with a hotel. It’s not merely about the money but about their attitude trying to brush off what had happened.

I like the location and the gentleman who helped us with entrance to the facility Not friendly front desk people. Explanation was vague and the bar was closed the entire time we stayed and they never offered complimentary drinks or greeted us like the other places that we stayed

The bed mattress is not comfortable. The cushion over the mattress is flat.

Located relatively near the Monorail station Asahibashi. Room would be tight for 2 people but was comfortable for 1 person (double bed). Hotel has eco-friendly practices where they will clean the room only on the 4th night, but help provide clean towels/water daily at the door (you'll have to put your trash and towels for changing outside the door). Room has a lovely feel and bathroom was clean. The hotel was nice to accommodate our request for early 2-3h check-in (with some extra charges of 1000 yen/hr) as our flight arrival to Okinawa was early. Hotel has a public bath (not onsen), which can get crowded at late hours.

So clean. The breakfast was amazing. Very helpful staff.
