The location was excellent, with a large Don Quijote store conveniently located downstairs. Overall, it was a practical and economical choice for a city stay in Naha. Parking is shared with the store and requires a daily fee. During busy periods, the car park can get crowded, and you may need to wait in a queue before being able to enter or leave.

No instructions in English on how to use the washer & dryer. We also felt that there was no restaurants in walking distance.

This is overall a very solid hotel choice, which is why I chose to come back here again. The rooms are comfy, the facilities are decent, and the rooms have a washer/dryer. Best of all, it’s situated above a Donki so you can shop easily without ever leaving the building. They’ve also improved their lobby decorations a bit since last year with balloons in the restaurant and a beautiful photo spot with seat+umbrella+flowers next to the elevators. Parking was fine, but I do wish they would either reduce rates (currently ¥1500/night) or comp it :\ My stay this time felt worse than before, unfortunately. First, no hot water would come out of the toilet sink. Second, there were ants in the bathroom…not a lot, but a few constantly. Third, I was looking forward to their breakfast buffet, but they’ve done a weird thing with their croissants…they normally have these super delish freshly baked ones (I think they were called fermented butter croissants or something), but halfway through (I went down around 9 am) when those ran out, they quietly took away the sign and replaced the croissants with these much smaller and flatter ones. If you look at the photo, you can see the newer smaller ones in front and the one remaining fancy one in the back left. If the hotel needs to do this for supply reasons or whatever, I can understand, but I think they should be upfront and transparent and explain what’s going on rather than sneakily replacing the nice ones with inferior ones, especially given that their breakfast isn’t cheap and the croissants are one of the things they advertise as a draw. In addition, on one of the days, the breakfast area was overrun by a tourist group. They would descend on any food that came out, leaving very little for the rest of the guests to eat. While I have nothing against groups, I think the hotel needs to manage the crowd and supply better so that everyone can eat even during crowded or busy times.

Super clean, modern, and centrally located. The breakfast each morning was great! The beds were firm, but that is very normal for Japanese hotels.

The hotel is on top of donki! Lots restaurants and mall near walking distance. Rooms are very clean and good size. Staff excellent in fact we forgot valuables in safe and they kept it for us for a week! Nothing. Everthing excellent.

I like that the room was reasonably comfortable for two adults. The queen bed was good; mattress was firm. The toiletries provided are sufficient and good. The whole hotel looked cheery and bright. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient; just a 5min walk to the monorail station at Tsubogawa station number 5 hence easy commute to and from the Naha Airport and elsewhere. The pillows could be firmer. The TV does not have any news channels like BBC or CNN. Only NHK which is not so good for international news. No swimming pool; perhaps there are many beaches nearby so there is no need.

The breakfast was beyond our highest expectations. The Okinawan specialties were amazing! Also, the room was immaculate and we felt safe and cared for. Everything was so clean and wonderful. The staff answered all of our questions with friendliness even though English was not there first language. They made us feel welcome. We have nothing to add here.

The hotel close to supermarket, very convenient we don’t need worry the meal. The most important the room have microwave. We bought meal in supermarket and warm it at room to eat. Another like is the hotel close the train station. It good for us traveling around area. No complaints.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Tsubogawa monorail station. Even better there is secured access to 2F of Don Quixote located in the same building. The free teabags for guests are excellent. There is also a lovely terrace garden on the reception floor for guests to use in good weather. The washing machine in the room is heaven sent. We were there for two split stays. In the second phase of our stay, the room we were given had USB ports on both sides of the headboard that didn't work, a sink that had an unusable stopper and water flow so small filling the sink to wash my face took an eternity. As there is no room service, I waited till checking out to inform the reception. To be fair, they were very receptive of the feedback.
