Breakfast layout and food were excellent, until 5 bus-loads of High School kids descended on the hotel. The shower and bath tub were also very nice. The newly remodeled room had 2 inch step to get into the bathroom. It would have been nice to eliminate it or mark it with a bright color. I kept stubbing my toe on it until I threw a white towel over the step.

It was close to everything Parking was a little confusing. One sign said it was full yet: A- we were a guest and paid for parking B- we ended up driving around the sign to plenty of vacant spots.

The limitation of the Gym equipments.

The location is great and they were hosting an annual Whiskey Festival. The club lounge access was worth the extra fee with access to breakfast, tea time/snacks, and alcoholic drinks. The beds are hard.

Decent service, good value for during the construction. 24-hours gym is convenient, the convenient store is inside the hotel Because of the construction, there were constant noise during the day. There were no rental shoes at the gym.

The breakfast buffet is amazing. This deserves 10 of 10 points. Overall, it was a great experience.

This hotel was very clean overall and we loved the cool vibes. The older decor was well taken care of and so it added a cool vibe instead of feeling crusty or old. Plus the pudding at the hotel restaurant was really really good. The pool and garden was closed while we were here as well as some of their restaurants. We would have liked to use them.

Hotel was quite centrally located in Naha, a short walk away from the monorail and bus stations (although it's uphill so if you have lots of luggage a taxi might be better). Check-in was efficient and smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was surprisingly large with plenty of space for luggage and had all the required amenities including bottled water. It was helpful that there was a convenience store in the hotel. Breakfast was really excellent with a huge buffet of both Japanese and Western options, including some Okinawa specialties and ice cream! It's definitely worth paying for. The concierge desk was happy to assist with luggage delivery, taxis etc. It was easy to get to tourist spots in Naha from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and I'd recommend it to a visitor to the city. It is obvious that the fabric of the hotel is showing its age - elevators are old, carpets and furniture are worn for example. It seems that the hotel is aware of this and is undergoing a modernisation program and because of this some facilities were closed - for instance the breakfast was temporarily being served in an event room. However the staff are still doing an excellent job whilst working around the limitations of the building and the renovation program. A final note - despite the name, there is no view of the harbour from any of the hotel.
