Entrance and check in was a bit confusing

i loved how clean the hotel room was. The bed was very comfortable. The check in system was easy to understand. the pillows i found were pretty uncomfortable to lay on.

Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean room, location is ideal for both ferry and airport. Several good restaurants and kombinis within a block or two. Check-in was a bit tricky, but doable.

Cleaning after the 4th night isn’t automatic. You have to request for it. Our room wasn’t cleaned when i requested a day earlier.

The location is perfect for us as we needed to take a ferry to Zamami island after our stay at the hotel. And it took us just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal! And the hotel is very clean and new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice and spacious.

It was clean and comfortable, i like that i dont have to talk to anyone except check in The check in process is absolutely horrible and annoying. I had to wait one hour for someone to finally respond to my teams call. employees kept hanging up the phone

There’s a big space, good quality mattress . And near 7-11.

Nice and simple hotel in Naha. The room was clean, fully equipped with all we could need, spacious and big enough to accommodate our family of 4 and the luggage. Very practical to have the shower and the toilet separated. At a first glance, it was a bit strange to see the sinks in front of the beds but again it helped to speed up getting ready in the morning ;).
