Private and great pool. Not many people there It had many stairs and were different heights

Fantastic location with a stunning private beach. Staff were incredibly friendly. Bathroom was beyond disgusting, I stay in lots of hotels around the world and this was the nastiest bathroom Ive ever had. The pool is completely tilted but half the grout is missing giving it a run down look. Its a beautiful property but it’s obviously the owners aren’t spending much in upkeep or improvements.

It's literally like a small paradise for yourself. The resort is not big and it has an entire beach with white sand and palm trees just for the guests. It feels like you are on a pretty much private island there. The staff was very friendly and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was so great we plan to stay there an entire month next year. We had problems with internet access in our room as one of the access points was defect. Internet was working fine anywhere except in our room. However, as the problem couldn't be fixed easily, they gave us a room upgrade and we moved to another room where everything worked fine.

I loved the quiet, sandy beach with beautiful sunset. Plenty of shade too by the trees. Bathroom is dated and a little moldy smell.

The beach remains absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The natural setting is still stunning. We had stayed here four times previously when the hotel was managed by Luciano, and it truly felt like paradise. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the overall standards and atmosphere have clearly deteriorated. It now feels like cost-cutting has become the priority. What used to be three restaurants has been reduced to two, with only one shared menu and kitchen. The beautiful beachfront restaurant has been closed. There is no longer beach service, and surprisingly, no lifeguard on duty — both services that were previously available. Months before arrival and again shortly before our stay, we requested the same room we had stayed in during past visits. Our request was simply ignored, without explanation, and we were assigned a different room. The most disappointing part of our stay was the reception experience. One receptionist was consistently rude, avoided eye contact throughout our holiday, and appeared to deliberately ignore us. She was constantly on the phone. Asking to have our beach towels changed daily seemed to irritate her, and when we politely requested one additional towel, we were told it was not possible — without any effort to assist or find a solution. We are truly saddened to see a place we once loved decline like this. Because of the changes in service and attitude, we will not be returning.

The hotel has high potential, but is not maintained. Room 215, the shower door does not close, the air conditioner is noisy. In addition, the rooms are accessed via stairs (no elevator), the pool is not maintained and breakfast is served outside even though it is very hot and the food is in the sun. Too bad

It was more outdated than I expected. The rooms did not get cleaned very well during the stay. The pool bar drinks were limited.

The food was really good. The staff was very helpful. we had breakfast , lunch and dinner all were good. The beach could not be better. The staff were very helpful securing our taxis and transfers also There definitely needed some maintenance, the big pool needed some upgrading . Also our sliding doors were hard to use and one screen almost fell apart ,we had to push it back together . light bulbs needed to be checked too. The lower end near our rooms on the beach could have been cleaned up a bit as they did clean the other side of the beach under the coconut trees

It looks like something out of a fairytale. so many beautiful trees of coconut, papaya, banana and it made our stay just more magical Its quite far from the ahopping centres everything was 45mins to an hour away by car

Private beach only First of all pictures of the room is not the same as it is in reality. Rooms are very old water from the shower is not strong. Housekeeping is a disaster. They do not tidy room they don’t change towels unless you go to the reception and ask. They do not mop the floor. They do not have vacuum cleaner to clean the room For the bucket of ice they charged 50bt. We stayed 11 night and asked for a late check out and they said to pay for a half day charge most of the hotels do it for free all over the world. Bar closes at 7pm And restaurant and bar always making mistakes with bills. It was not just 2-3 times it was all the time we ordered they would come give you one bill ask to sign and then come again with another bill and ask you to sign. Gym. the equipment is very old and out of order. You can not even use the equipment and it get closed at 8pm The swimming pool is open from 7am-7pm which is not convenient My husband got an accident at night in the sea. Jellyfish bited him and I was screaming for help but no one came. We went to the bar asked for a first aid but they did not know what to do. I think it is important to train the staff.

The 90s are back!!! A wonderful resort near the airport with a stunning beach. Happy hour made me happy Koi fish were missing during our stay. Baby come back

The location is incredible. Unfortunately the facilities are quite old and run down. The place needs and imense renovation but the personnel cannot do much. It is a decision of the owners

Beautiful beach. Lovely staff at the restaurant. Cleaning should be done in the morning not at the end of the day especially if you pay for the expensive beach front villa. Basic appliances should be available at the villa to clean the pool ourself as and when required as insects and leaves get into the pool overnight.
