Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. In particular the gardens are beautiful.

Excellent hotel and staff. Comfortable rooms, safe convenient, neighborhood, good breakfast at the hotel itself, plus can use the pool and restaurants and bar at the hotels next door. Highly recommended.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and they let us store our bags in between reservations that made our trip incredibly convenient.

It was an okay stay. Room were very basic for the Best Western Hotels. The breakfast was great with number of options. Hot water took forever to come - which make me feel guilt of wasting a lot of water just to wait for hot water.

The location was good, accessible and close to neighbourhood stores like Carrefour The narrow corridor to the rooms, the thin walls and the old carpet in the corridor.

The washrooms and bathroom was smelling bad. There was no parking and the walkways were uncovered so I was rained on on the way to restaurant.

Oasis in the middle of Nairobi, well located, with the best garden garden you can imagine, spacious, clean rooms, attentive staff and a luxurious breakfast. All at an affordable price. What more could you ask?
